So far the most affordable place I've found when it comes to getting my dogs their shots, chipped and fixed. They have specific days and times that they do their shots at a low price. Also the staff have all been friendly and welcoming.

I was on a waiting list for 3 hours today.. put my name down and was NEVER called or texted like they said. Even led up too their closing time.. SMH!

Had called ahead for covid protocol, a few errors on my part and a few on the vet, but ended up leaving with no service....I have to wonder what has happened to customer service. There just isn't any these days!! I will never go back to this place, which we were informed was under new ownership I understand mistakes happen, but basically left in tears

I took my puppy's Madonna and Lorde and they did a great job. The girls that work there or staff are the best. I was very nervous when I left my puppy's there but when I got them back I was so happy this is the place to go. Valley vetco takes care of your pet here they care they give you good advice on how to care for your pet. I can't remember her name but I call her the tattoo girl she's awesome. I would always bring my pet here as long as they live and thrive. I wish the staff the great Christmas Happy New Year.

This is the worst, most unprofessional, inconsiderate clinic I have ever been to. I normally don’t leave reviews but the poor quality and disrespectful attitude of the staff, I feel compelled to make it public the way they treat clients. I understand that there is a waiting list and they can only take a certain amount of patients a day, but they need to make their process clear and transparent. The clinic opens at one so I arrived early at 12:30 to sign up to receive a rabies vaccination for my German Shepherd. When I walked up to the table to sign in my name there was a gentleman there who I just signed in and said just write your name below mine. I didn’t think to look at the sign in sheet because this gentleman had instructed me to do so and I assumed that he had already spoke with someone. I admit this was my fault for trusting somebody who is not a staff member, however, it was a mistake that anyone can make when there was just a list out on the table and no staff to talk to you. I proceeded to wait 3 1/2 hours at the clinic. When I went to inquire, staff member Karina, rudely informed me they won’t be seeing us because I signed in at the bottom of the sheet and said that’s not our problem when I expressed my frustration at waiting for 3.5 hours. She said for me to use some common sense and it was my fault for not following instructions on the sign in sheet. I asked her what instructions, I did what the gentleman told me. Again this is a misunderstanding but the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional; she rolled her eyes, she smirked at me, she snorted and said well that’s not our problem. Not a single apology or attempt trying resolve an issue caused by their poorly executed sign in system. I said I understand that this can happen and that you guys are at capacity, but if you see other names on there and you’re not going to get to them, can you not have the consideration to at least contact us and let us know that we won’t be seen today. She said we have no way of contacting you in which I pointed out that my phone number was on the list. Again I understand that miscommunications happen, but for the staff to tell a client to have common sense and to have that type of interaction that was completely disrespectful is highly unacceptable. When I told her I would appreciate if she had a little bit of consideration and compassion considering I just wasted my entire Saturday here; her response to me was that’s your problem and we didn’t tell you to wait. Given that I am dedicated to my pets health and I wasn’t even aware that there was an issue, of course I’m going to wait all day if that’s what it takes to get my pet seen. My advice to other people is, don’t sacrifice quality for price, and I highly recommend you go to the other Vetco on Wyoming and Menaul. I have never experienced this level of wait time, unprofessional interaction, and I’ve had an overall great experience. The only reason I came to this vet is because it is near my new house. To have a sign in sheet as your only process of check in , there is bound to be miscommunications and mistakes.

I went here for the first shots for my kitten, and it was a fast process and very explained on all side effects and other issues. Will be back for sure for any all other questions.

Covid precautions made it difficult (it was a shot clinic-- no appointments) and the prices were fair but not what I would consider low-cost.

Staff is Very Polite and Services are Affordable. Got our cat fixed and vaccines up to date all in 1 Day! We Will be back when shots are needed????

Went their for my cats vaccinations, the park lot was filled up. Had to park far by Sonic fast food restaurant, signed up on the waiting list. Lady came out and told I am not allowed to sit up on the benches , did not tell anyone else that was sitting on the bench just me.She was rude and I felt that I discriminated against. I explained, that I parked far away and would not be able to hear for my cats names, then she said well I can just scratch you off the list. Never going their again not recommend.

I am sure there are many satisfied customers. Nothing against personnel working there. In fact they have been great pre-COVID visit. Today I waited almost an hour in the patio outside after signing in for vaccinations for my dogs. It was pouring rain had thunderstorms outside. Finally 45 minutes after I checked in, an employee came out and started calling out names over a microphone. I was asked to wait in my car while the parking lot was completely full, and I had parked my car in another business lot to the west. That lot was separated by an arroyo and full of water., and no way I would for certain be able to hear an employee call out my name. That parking lot was not adjoined by a road. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I left. No explanation, no assurance from employee. Just terrible service and management. The reason for not allowing us to wait in the patio was to prevent dogs from fighting.

Best Clinic I have been to. The prices are reasonable. It doesn't take long IF you get there early. Ps get to shot clinics like a hour prior.
