They have always done an excellent job for me and my girl!

First I walked in and staff didn’t say hello he said you can’t come in here without a mask, which is fine with me but at least say hello. I told staff I didn’t want my dog cut short. I wanted the teddy bear look. I told them I keep him well brushed and he told me I don’t think you’re telling me the truth. I asked him are you calling me a liar?? He said yes I am! I grabbed my dog and we left. I really don’t think they know what they’re doing. They need to work on their people skills. So unprofessional! I took my dog there with the first owners 2nd owners and once before covid. I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be such a welcoming and nice place to take my dog. NEVER again! I will take my baby and my money somewhere else!!

That poor poodle☹????. Folks I suggest you look up the video on youtube of what happened to a toy poodle at this place. Needless to say the poor baby came out with a broken jaw. Im just informing so people are aware before they leave they're fur babies in this place. To be honest I can't believe its still in business. Look it up on youtube for yourself.She can't deny it either.

I had an appointment to have my dog groomed for Saturday at 12:00. Was told it would take an hour or two. Went back at 2:00 and he was still not ready and was told it would be another 30 minutes or so. Questioned why it was taking so long when he had an appt. He was finally ready at 2:30. I specifically requested a trim and was surprised to see he had a very short cut. Not what I requested. When I mentioned it to the owner she had an attitude and said she had to cut his hair short because he was matted. I brushed him well before dropping him off and know he was not matted She showed me hair that was matted and I was not convinced it was his. Her answer was she would not charged me for removing the matted hair. I will not be taking him back there again.

Great experience my wife found it a little long-haired Chihuahua that Head full curl nails called and asked if she could do anything about it at first she was like we can set something up for my own I’m on my way home and I mentioned what kind of shape this dog was in and she agreed to stay so that I could make it and then she spent some extra time pulling out some of the most nodded hair it’s just really refreshing to see people who love and care about animals

They take good care of my dogs and do a great job on grooming!!!!!

I've been taking my dog here for the last 2 years but today he didnt come back the same. When I picked him up the workers there had told me about a cut he recieved while he was there said it was small. When I got him home and my family members started looking at him he was cut uneven and the cut he recieved was way worse then what i was told. They had the wound banded together with liquid bandaid. I will never take my dog back there again. He wont even come to us when we call him. He's scared now. Took him to the vet he has to get stitches. Ended up paying 50 bucks for an uncompleted hair cut and 340 for the vet bill. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I wish I could post the pic of what they did to our dog to prove what I'm saying, but it dont allow me to.

Bobbi and her staff were very polite and professional with me and my fur baby Basil. This was Basils first grooming and I am very satisfied. I had questions on keeping her coat from matting and they were very helpful even with giving tips . I would recommend and will be back ! Thank you!

Do not recommend. Very scared. Very unprofessional. I would never trust any of them to groom my dog with out me there, would you trust a crackhead? no you wouldn’t. Owner rude felt uncomfortable and unsafe for me and my dog. hmmm something fishy. not recommend. Very bad experience I recommend pet smart grooming service. I have taken my dog Lucy 3 or 4 times. I have always had good experiences, I like the curbside option, she always smells great and seemed she had always been welcomed and taken care of. After her appointment I noticed 2 of her nails were cut too short, and the solution to numb/stop the bleeding was used. It wasn't brought to my attention upon picking her up, rather I had to inquire after I made my payment. The reason was because of my "nervous dog", I understand chihuahuas can be nervous and unpredictable. I also understand things happen. I just wish they would've handled the situation more professionally. It shouldn't be up to the client to ask about mistakes, that will cost you business. I won't be returning.

Hello people I am here to talk about the owner he treated me VERY DISRESPECTFUL! (Warning take your dogs w your own risk) He is very RUDE! He left my dog bleeding,my dog has a cut on hes ear!!Please do not take your dogs here.The owner sounds very unprofessional!!!!

The staff and owner are fantastic! I bring my dog Bella for nailing trimming every two weeks. I have also used the self wash tub! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, apron and blow dryer are all provided!

I have taken my long-haired cat to Rockstar several times and have been very happy. You can tell that everyone there loves and respects your pet. My cat won’t even let me brush her at home but is so relaxed with the staff at Rockstar. Scheduling is easy and they always make an effort to get you in as soon as they can.

I have always had great experiences with Rockstar Grooming! I have been coming to them for years they always make time for me when I try to make a Saturday appointment late in the week! They do a wonderful job every time! I have a 110 lbs Bull Mastiff and he was no problem to them :). My pug loves them as well. I cant wait for them to meet our new German Shepard puppy! Thanks for always being great!

I've taken my 2 dogs here a handful of times. My dogs always look great and the staff has been kind and friendly. We will continue to return here. Pleased with the service.

I took my three dogs that was a little pricey so I didn't have enough to leave a tip and I felt so bad after I saw them they looked great about 50 bucks a piece for a small dog but they brush their teeth bathe and cut truly rock stars

So I took my dog over the other day and the owner was very disrespectful too me and I didn't like it and he hurt my dog he took off all the hair off of it and it was bleeding and it looks like a skinless rat.

Great service and they will accommodate you if you like to bath your dog.

Never go here the owner was unprofessional. Seemed very polite on phone, but rude in person. Bobbi is very nice and carries herself well, but he is just rude. Please I'm saving you the trouble!

I was very disappointed in this place. They took over 4 hours to finish the job. I think every customer should be aware of the price before they leave their pet there. Instead, I was charged extra. It's very obvious they don't care for all their customers. I can only speak for myself, but I was not happy at all.

Great service! They took my pet in a last minute appointment. Took really good care of my dog. She looked beautiful afterwards. Reasonably priced too. Only thing I would have liked is nail cutting to be apart of the service I got. However I should have asked but I will definitely be back!

I had Petsmart cancel my appointment with no reason. I called Rockstar Grooming and they squeezed in my two poodles that same day. Thank you. I have booked my return session for a month and will continue to use your services!!!

I have brought my pets here on more than one occasion. Very content with the way they handle my fur children. Gentle and caring. Each visit has given me comfort as well as my pets. Staff is very friendly and place is clean! That's always a plus for me. I have and will continue to recommend.
