Never in my 31 years have I’ve been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully in regards to services without customers there’s no business and to run a business so naïvely and carelessly is worse. Basically answered all of my own questions and was forced to pay for that don’t think the services rendered covered the cost whatsoever told me flat rate of 65 and came back with an outrageous charge of 5+ dollars in taxes I mean just be straight up 65 is 65 but five dollars is five dollars. Not recommend it to anybody would of put no stars but Google doesn’t allow you to.

Absolutely despicable, it was mine and my husbands first time coming overall told us things we knew already and the medical staff that was helping were rude told us a different amount of payment and was disrespectful didn’t have us check out at the front desk instead checked us out in the office and took our money in the room without a receipt given back to us. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE .

The staff was very friendly with us and awesome with my puppy. As first time pet owners we were nervous about our lil guys checkup, we left very happy.

They were so caring and wonderful. They did everything to make the passing of our bunny an easy experience. They provide wonderful support for the whole process. They've also been great with our dogs in the past.

An excellent place for our cats. Appears good for dogs, as well. Beyond the usual services, their expertise includes specializations such as ultrasound -- a real benefit.

We just moved to Albuquerque from out of state. Brought our cat in today and Dr. England was on point and very easy to communicate with about existing problems and treatment. Staff were all very Loire and professional. I had a great experience here.

I took my two-and-a-half-year-old Pitbull to this clinic on a Saturday.I was told that they close at 12 on Saturday. I arrived to this clinic at 11:30 am my dog was released between 2 or 3 pm. I was charged over 1,100 dollars. By Monday I had to have my dog euthanized . Yes my dog is dead!!!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE. ???? 10/12/2021

I had to bring my 7-mo. old dog here on Sunday because he ingested the remnants of a popped balloon. It was my first time here. He was seen immediately upon arrival and the vet communicated with me and kept me in the loop as to what was happening. The staff was friendly. Luckily, all's well with my dog, thanks to the good folks at Eubank Animal Clinic. Thanks so much, EAC!

Took my dog here once when he was bit by another dog and another time when our dog needed extractions. Very friendly staff, affordable pricing. I was given an estimate for the extractions and it ended up being less than what I had budgeted for which was nice. Will be back!

The Eubank Animal Clinic is a great place to take your pet! I waited in the car and they took my cat in for her visit and I waited the entire time in my car. The staff periodically came to my car to inform me of what they were doing and what they needed for me to do. The fees were reasonable for the visit but they did forget to give me the diarrhea medication and I am already home.

The staff were kind and respectful. We had to put my mom's dog to sleep and they made the process as painless as possible.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, got my kitten in and taken care of at the last minute.

Im so thankful for the wonderful vets here!! I found an injured pigeon and i couldn't take care of him (I have animals) so one of the docs is going to look after him!! So thankful ???? will be taking my fur babies here in the future

They don't return calls anymore. After 25 years I am now looking for a different vet.

Let me say thank you to start with for taking care of my fur baby. I use ABQ mobile which works with this clinic. They are all kind caring and understanding of animals and this clinic is on the same level when it comes to the ones we love. It also helps they are just as kind to the parent of said animal. You service and professional knowledge is exceptional, it is difficult when your pet is injured and your understanding and kindness goes along way to easy the concerns and anxiety. Please continue the fantastic service to our community.

My wife and I really like Dr. Garb and the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have taken great care of our sweet cat Allie May and even worked with her slowly and patiently when she got shy and tucked into my neck and shoulder. (My silly cat was purring at them despite her shy reactions too! Ha ha) One thing to know is that parking can be tight. I believe that's more of a location thing though, they've done the best they can in that regard. Lastly, the wait can be long despite an appointment, but to me, that shows that if my pet had a surprise issue at the vet they would really do their best. Worth it for me!

I've been taking my dogs there for two years, have seen a couple of different vets, and have always been pleased with caring service we've received.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff

We love Dr. Garb as our veterinarian. They also have kennel boarding and our dog is always well taken care of. Only complaint is that you can’t pick up your boarded dog after noon on Saturday and have to wait until Monday.

What a team...found them very accommodating...especially in light of Puppy's disposition....very patient and caring. Made puppy's visit a positive experience. Love, love, love the staff! Highly recommend !
