This is possibly the best groomers I have ever taken my dog to. I inherited a small poodle from my father this year. He is old and difficult to deal with. They were very patient with him, really comforting him during the process. He looks amazing. They made him look the best he has in months. Totally worth the money. Also I called kinda last minute and left my number w them, I didn't really expect them to find time to see him. But they called the next day and got us in faster than I could anywhere else.

Yesterday i took both of my dogs in for haircuts and both of them are not the same as when I took them in. my dog Pepe is always hyper and energetic but since since his hair cut he's been down and out. the top of his head and side of his face are swollen and I cannot touch without him crying. everytime I try to touch his head he yelps. He can't hardly walk without crying either. He looks like he is constantly dancing. I clear to me that he is in pain. I don't know what happened. I know my dogs are not the most behaved but I did warn the staff. I would have rather been notified and either gone for my dog instead of having him hurt. It just bothers me that I paid $130 and my poor baby is miserable. Not to mention, BOTH HAIRCUTS are the SHORTEST haircuts they have ever had. I don't even cut their hair this shirt in the summer time. You can see their skin this is not a WINTER TEDDY BEAR HAIRCUT! Oh and btw, my girl dog came home with a bandana on???

Rufus and dulche were not crying or upset I k ow they were treated with lots of love and care everywhere else I have taken them they have left scared and for days after … this is there new place for grooming very professional and clean environment was able to communicate well with everyone there …. I never leave reviews unless there negative yo be honest but since this experience I am so VERY pleased they were my brothers dogs who passed away and it’s been hard finding them a place they also feel safe not to mention they look fantastic after there appointment

This was my first time taking my dog Sadie to this particular groomers and I thought I would give them a try considering they had a couple of bad reviews. Her appointment was at 11 pm. The guy told me that it would only take about 2 1/2 hours and they would call me. I decided to run some errands and by the time I got home home it was already ten till 3 pm. I realized that they closed at 3, so I called and it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave one. I flew over there thinking that they must have wrote down the wrong contact info. I walked in and the same guy says, who are you picking up? I said, Sadie. Nobody called to say if she was ready so I came down to pick her up. It had been 4 hours already. He then told me, oh well she is next. I couldn’t believe what he was saying. They still needed to cut her hair and it was going to take another hour. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to to let me know it was going to take longer. He told me, if you needed her sooner you should have said something when you dropped her off. I was livid! I will never take her there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here.

I had an appt schedule for the 21st of this month. The gentleman told me Wednesday the 21st. I show up and am told by a woman that it is Tuesday the 27th at 8am. I show up today, at 8am, only to be told I am late that the appt was at 7am!! I was turned away twice due to their mistake for an appt I have been waiting over a month for! I do NOT recommend, they were rude, unprofessional, didn't apologize or make an effort! I have been taking both my puppies since they were litte. They don't value loyalty nor a good customer

*Update 4/28/28 From the business' response below, you can clearly see they are accepting no responsibility in the part they played. I was given 2 different dates and a different time. Do I understand I showed up "late" and the importance of being on time, of course however, according to them I was late. I have no control over the person providing me the information and based on the dates and times I was give i was on time every time! It's clear they have issues with distinguishing between days of the weeks numbers, and how to tell time. They have my phone number and I also left a review on their Facebook page, they have not reached out, nor attempted to rectify the matter or apologize for their mistake; instead they shifted the blame to the customer. Not only are they unprofessional, unorganized, and rude but they are patronizing and condescending. If you don't believe me see the review from Wendy, she was clearly upset and their response to her was "Thank you for giving us one stars!". Given the response they obviously do not care for the customers, which makes you wonder how they care for our furbabies whom cannot speak, and clearly they lack grammar skills as well. 5 stars for a great staff and always the best dog cuts I've found in the city. They are always quick to respond to my appointment requests. Highly recommend to anyone I know.

Had an appointment at 8 (which was already rescheduled twice) and they tell me when i arrive that my appointment was earlier and would not see my puppies. Poor service, poor customer relations. Bad, do not go here.

I've been bringing my dog for many years .they do great job with dogs ,friendly and you feel welcome to leave your pet .Eduardo has been my groomer for many years and he does a great job with my dog.

Usually haven't had any issue's but this time Eduardo groomed our dogs. Our femal dog looked horrible. They have their cards on file as to what type of grooming. But Eduardo was everywhere with his answers.Our dogs were there for 6 hrs. Dropped off at 10am and were barely getting groomed at 4. No water no potty breaks. Then he proceeds to tell me that he had a flat tire and went to get new tires.and then he didn't know how to groom them but then he asked one of the girls what to do and they told him. He made no sense at all. My dog has not been herself since she came home. Never ever again will I have this Eduardo the independent contractor touch my kids.

We are RV traveler's in Albuquerque for 5 days. We were fortunate to be able to bring our dog babies to Eloisa and we are thrilled with the results. My 13 year old Maltese came out looking better than he looked ever before. He always has been challenging to groom yet Eloisa had no problems grooming him. My Chihuahua looks and smells great as well. Thank you so much for your services.
