They alway help and take great care of my fur babies!

I have a puppy that needs first round of shots and exam. No openings until January? How does this make new patients feel like you will be there when you have to wait two months for shots?

I’ve never had a problem with this Banfield, I have been taking my dogs here for years and have never had a problem. The vets are super friendly and gentle with my dogs. Staffs are very helpful except for one particular person, I believe she is pretty new as my family have never encountered her in the past- she can be quite rude and her customer service is terrible. Me and my family all agree that she is rude. That worker is the only reason I dread going into Banfield. Just watch out for her.

Amazing staff. My dog who is dog reactive was welcomed with open arms and was treated equally. They got him in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely going to be my dogs main vet. Thank you!

My dog (Waffles) has always had a good experience. She doesn't resist going to Banfield on Mercantile and has no problem going into the back room with the vet techs. They are up front with their prices. Waffles recently had a tooth extracted and she was ready to play right when we got home! Note - she looks sad because I won't play tug-a-war after her tooth extraction haha.

Staff and doctors have treated all my cats and dogs for five years and the level off service has been great.

Staff was great, service was great, makes dog nervous with all the "shopping" dogs that are not courteous to others.

Great place and friendly people

Dog limping. Could not get into my vet(another Banfield) . Staff got me in within an hour. Best service ever! Not best of news but they made sure I had great information. Want to switch from my Banfield to this one!!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and Veterinarians at the location on Wyoming and Academy.

So far so good! We have two pets on plans there and it seems well worth it.

Not being able to stay with my dog while she is being seen by the vet, seems like they don’t really care about what you need. I need to talk with them about my dog. She has been sick and I need to be with her so I can talk with the vet. Won’t be taking her there.

Unable to help me this time but they had bookings for over a month out. They are a fine group, I have used them before.

The staff at the two Banfields I've encountered in Albuquerque were amazing. Each visit, be it DR appointment or just picking up a prescription has been quick. The office on Mercantile was out of one of my kitty's imperative prescriptions. After quickly checking to see if they would be receiving a delivery of it soon and finding that they in deed would not be, they called another store for me to see if another DR would fill it for us. While I did have to travel to another office, I was able to get my kitty her prescription. They were incredibly apologetic and friendly. I definitely understand that these things will happen. They easily could have told me that I'd have to wait or make an appointment at the other shop in order to have it filled (this happened in Los Angeles). I was very appreciative of how accommodating they were. My kitty's disability is already stressful enough, so to not have to add further worry is a big deal.
