Dr. Lee is a kind, caring, responsive veterinarian. He has never let me down when my puppy needed attention, either on a regular visit or an emergency situation. The practice is small compared to some other veterinary practices and they are busy and do close for a few days on holidays, but I feel Dr. Lee is worth those minor inconveniences. He is someone you can trust.

I went to White plains veterinary hospital because my pup kept licking her paws. The previous vet I went to didn’t say much. I’ve noticed she was licking them more so I took her here because my husbands parents go there and I live not too far. Dr. Alison saw Ellie and examined her thoroughly answered all my questions and tested Ellie’s paws and it turns she had a yeast infection. Her paws are now getting better. Dr. Alison was sincere and took her time with everything and that’s what I like about this vet. I will definitely make this my go to vet in the future!

Took an appointment and I was not told to bring the physical covid vaccination paper with me. I waited outside the clinic 20 minutes, when they came out to pick up my dog, they said I cannot go in with him unless I am vaccinated. I showed them a copy of my vaccination card , they refused it. Showed them a certificate of it, emails from my employer proving that I am vaccinated, and they refused it. I told them that I am a physician who was on the front line and that I am vaccinated. They still refused it. It made me wonder why they don’t want the pet parent to go inside and meet the vet.

Bringing my cat, Riley, for her annual appointment is seamless. All appointments are kept on-time. My cat gets the best care. Doctors take the time to meet with you personally and discuss treatments your pet needs. I will continue to take my Riley to WPVH.

Dr. Lee did all he could do to save my baby. And he saved her when even a big expensive hospital in NYC did nothing for her. And let me give a shout out to Dr. Vogel who was there with him at the time. Love love love Dr Lee...

This is a great vet. Dr. Lee is very personable and professional. I felt very comfortable with him handling my animals. He described everything he was doing and treated my pets with care. The facility was very clean and organized. I'm so glad I chose to trust them with my animals.

Our dog Matilda was diagnosed in January with congestive heart failure and she soon became extremely sick, to the point where we thought we would have to put her down. The medicine prescribed by the vet who diagnosed her didn't seem make much of a difference, and she had horrible digestive problems as a result of both her illness and the medicine. We took her to White Plains Veterinary Hospital in March and her condition immediately began to improve. Dr. Lee has prescribed her much better medicine and got her a prescription diet that made her digestive problems go away completely (the prescription diet from the previous vet did nothing). By the time we took her to Dr. Lee we worried we'd been cruel keeping her alive because she was in such discomfort, but soon after her visits she'd gone back to being herself: a happy, active older dog. It won't last forever, but it is much more than we thought was possible. I worried about taking her to a vet in Westchester because I thought we might get fleeced: they'd propose some silly expensive treatment that wouldn't make a difference. In fact everything Dr. Lee has prescribed has been simple and practical: a lot of pills, but the pills have essentially brought her back to life. The price is reasonable, especially considering the area. I can't recommend this place enough. I dislike posting online reviews but I owe it to White Plains Veterinary Hospital out of gratitude.

There is so much love and support here. When my pup had to get her teeth pulled i knew I could trust them. Everyone is so down to earth and helpful. This place takes care of your loved ones. Doctor Lee told me I'm a great pup mom. I get overly worried about my little dog but doctor is very encouraging and compassionate. Even though they had to do extra extractions on my dogs teeth they didn't raise the price.

We love all the vets and staff here! They are caring and always help us with our dogs/puppies. You won’t regret bringing your pets here.

Let me begin by saying the entire staff has been beyond wonderful with both of my dogs!! My dogs have seen Dr. Lee and Dr. Allan. The doctors are courteous and kind and take the time to answer all your questions. Always being very detailed and thorough. The doctors will return your calls and they will accommodate your pet when you are having an emergency. Everyone that I have dealt with has been kind, understanding and a pleasure to work with.

Cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Lee is amazing ! Knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff. Worth a long drive in order to provide your pet with the best care you can give them.

They have been amazing since my 1st visit on an unfortunate day I had to put my pup of 12yrs down. Dr Lee had reviewed xrays and notes from the Yonkers Vet. Hospital, my poor pup wasn't going to live a joyful dog life. Dr Lee was beyond amazing with us!!! And now he has taken care of my new pup. They are all Great! I won't go anywhere else!!!

Be warned!!! All this vet cares about is money. For someone who is supposed to love animals he was extremely cold not compassionate about anything at all and just plain rude. Such a shame I am so disappointed in my experience here .

If I could give no stars I Would. My dog has a lung condition and I called due to a concern of a serious hard cough and white foam spit up. They were quick to get me an appointment however to get no answers. They didn’t even do an X-ray or any other intervention to see if something was wrong. And now the following day she is coughing up blood. I will never return to this place. I paid for “ I don’t know what to do, I can give you a medication to suppress the cough but it can sedate her.” I take my dog to the vet office to get answers not I don’t know what to do. I could have done that myself. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my neighbors and friends about this place.

I have been using Dr. Hwan Lee as my pup's veterinarian for the past few years. He is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough physician who clearly loves his profession. He's warm and compassionate towards his patients and their parents. The office staff is responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend White Plains Veterinary Hospital.

This is honestly the best hospital to bring your pet - we have been coming to Dr Lee since he first opened and wouldn’t trade him for any other vet ! Not only the education that he has but also the compassion for your animal needs we love you Dr Lee

We love this vet! The place is super clean and spacious and tasteful. It's so calm inside and it helps calm the pets also. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner we have seen in a vet so far. He is gentle and patient and can calm down even my pet mom nerves. I can tell he really cares about his practice and his patients. I also like that he has other doctors on staff because it's always good to have a second opinion. We highly recommend this place!

This vet clinic is perfect, Dr. Lee is the only vet I trust with my 16 year old Jack Russell who is dealing with a few end of life health problems. I drive 4 hours, one way, to bring her to him because of how he listens to me and cares for my Chloe.
