Dr. Tarasoff and staff are excellent, they provide excellent care and go above and beyond for their patients. You can absolutely trust and be confident that your pet will receive the best care, in a nurturing environment without having to worry about excessive costs. They are professional, ethical and affordable. I would definitely recommend.

I had been searching for a long time for a vet that would be both knowledgeable and caring regarding the treatment of English bulldogs. Most vets see the breed as little money makers not truly caring about the dog or his owner. Today I had the pleasure of having Dr. Tarasoff treat my youngest bulldog. Westchester bulldog owners, she is the vet you have been dreaming about. Dr. Tarasoff is bulldog savvy, compassionate, understanding, and very much a friend to the bulldog owner. The entire staff is made up of caring and wonderful individuals. Do yourself and your bulldog a favor and have Dr.Tarasoff as your vet!

Professional and kind to 4 and 2 legged clients!

Dr. Tarasoff and the vet tech Cisco (or maybe it’s Sisqó I apologize if I am spelling the name wrong) are GEMS! My very anxious French Bulldog LOVES them both and is very at ease in at this vet! Prior to our experience here, we always enjoyed our vet, but our dog was always scared and anxious during visits, and that is NOT the case here! Dr. T is knowledgeable and kind. I feel like she is always reasonable with her care and recommendations and truly just wants what’s best for the animals! It is hard to find honest vets that you can trust, and Dr. Tarasoff is one of the best!! She has wonderful bedside manner and has been helping us to navigate our frenchie’s newly diagnosed cancer. We’d be lost without her! Thanks to her, we know we are giving our pup the best care possible!

Aug. 31, 2021 This morning I drove to Animal Hospital to pick up medicine for my dog. The doctor said she would leave it at the front desk. When I arrived, the receptionist said it was not there. I asked, “ Will she get it ready now? She said , “No, she is seeing a patient.” The receptionist ran around for a few minutes. The doctor came out. But didn’t speak to me. I expected her to say, “Oh, I’m sorry. I will get it ready now.” But she didn’t. I decided to sit down, figuring she would get it done ASAP. In about 15-20 min. the receptionist told me the fee. I paid her, and she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I answered, “Please.” She gave me the receipt and said NOTHING. That is poor customer service. I expected her to say, “Thank you. Have a good day, and I’m sorry for the wait.” I am tired of being treated that way especially when I have been a devoted, paying customer. I only will see Dr.T, because the other vet in the practice was rude when speaking to me about treatment for my dog, just like the vet she replaced. I do not like her attitude. The care my dog receives is fine. My rating is based on customer service and pricing. The fees are pricey.

The front desk lady is horrific. I’ve had multiple issues the last few weeks, her level of professionalism is laughable. The staff are great but this receptionist is detrimental to the practice.

I have been bringing my Cat to Dr Tarasoff for over 10 years. My Midinite recently got sick and even though I now live 30 miles away, I still bring him here for the best care and service. BTW, her facility is one of the few that have remained open during the Covid 19 crisis. Thank you Dr Sandy T and your entire staff for taking care of my Mitty.

Best people and best care for your pet.

The best there is. My family has had all of our pets in the care of Dr. Tarasoff for many years now. She is smart, caring, compassionate and understanding. She goes out of her way to help you help your pets. She takes her time explaining things and never makes you feel rushed, even on the phone. I can't say enough good things about her and her wonderful staff there at Animal Hospital of White Plains. Making and/or changing appointments is as easy as can be, and the environment is very comfortable. There is also a handsome, feathered greeter named Murphy, as well as the occasional kittens looking for a new home of their own to keep you company as you wait (all rescues, of course!). We are so grateful to have them as our furbabys' care providers. ???? Paws and thumbs up. High ten!

Very nice staff who listen and care. They also do not charge excessive prices. I recommend all the doctors there and have been going for years.

Dr. Tarasoff is a remarkable vet. A walking encyclopedia of knowledge, compassionate and catering to both pets and their owners. Excellent support staff as well.

Just moved to the are and We had an urgent need for our dog to be seen the would not make an appointment but pushed us off to another vets office who was a joke and was a young guy who did not know what he was doing and very unprofessional. Would never call this place again

I absolutely trust and love the staff at Animal Hospital of White Plains. They were compassionate when my beloved Jessie, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, passed away in October. They always explain everything, treat me and my beloved furry friends with respect, and I wouldn't go any where else. Dr. Tarasoff is the nicest person in the world.

I honestly cannot describe how incredible Dr. Tarasoff is! A family friend recommended her vet hospital after having awful experiences with mis-diagnosis and treatments at Banfield Animal Hospital. Dr. Tarasoff has been great with my lab in diagnosing him and treating him for his severe joint problems, arthritis, skin allergies, and just overall care of my furry baby. I trust her with his life and I just don't hesitate to call her or make an appointment when I have a concern or when my baby is sick. Every time she nails it and every time I leave 200% satisfied with the costumer service, the care, the recommendations, and simply the friendliness of everyone at the clinic. For those of us who treat their pet as part of the family, we appreciate when we find a vet who is so dedicated to her work and finding a solution when our pets are in medical trouble. I absolutely recommend her to everyone I meet that is having concerns or problems with their pets. I cannot thank her enough for all the wonderful and sweet care she has given and continues to give my dog. Most hospitals and vets misdiagnose or mistreat in order to charge you more money or simply because they care more about the business aspect than actually healing animals. But this vet hospital is so amazing in every way that I truly believe My family, my dog, and I have been blessed to find Dr. Tarasoff and her vast experience in treating animals and all their health problems. You will NOT regret coming to this hospital. Thank You Dr. Tarasoff! For keeping my baby healthy and strong throughout all of his aches and pains.
