I will never take my puppy there again I took him for the first visit he is 11 months and they over clipped his nails and my puppy cried and nibbled on the lady and she smacked him! Never again! Not professional at all

Had to give one star because there is no option for 0 stars as this place deserves. Observed an employee outside with a dog and she did nothing but scream at him and smacked the dog multiple times and holding the leash tight which was choking the dog. Will absolutely never take my dogs here!!

Called to get an appt for my 14 yr old cat. They are only accepting puppies and kittens as new patients. WTH they don't want an older cat that may not be around long enough for them to make enough money off of?! Unbelievable!

Friendly and courteous staff caring and informative

It was my first time here, they will not let anyone in still and the phone is always busy because they take it off the hook. They sit behind the door looking at you like some idiot. But won't answer the door or phone. I will NEVER take a pet here. They even act like they don't care. Waited outside for 45 min.

I was there for a short while to check up, and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Loved it!

Been going there for years. My dog likes it there can't say the same for my cat lol.

Called st 4:15 but got answering machine which stated their hours for that day were until 5 PM, which annoyed me. I left a msg that I needed a case of Rx cat food that day. No one called me back by 4:45 so I drove there. Called in to let them know i was in parking lot due to COVID protocol. They had rec'd my msg and I paid over phone. Someone brought out the case of food and I was happy.

Great office but no respect for people or their time. They call to confirm scheduled appointments and than make you wait over an hour to see the doctor. If I could find another vet I would change.

They were so nice with my boy even though he was cranky and not wanting any part of his visit. They kept smiling, worked quickly and handled his attitude with total professionalism! What a great staff!

Dr banks is the best Vetranarian around. His staff is amazing. You can get appointments fast. Dr banks is my preferred Vetranarian!

We have been going to Dr Banks since 2014; and the last few visits we were really disappointed on the wait time; I have some health issues and the long wait isn’t good for me; when I say long wait is over 2 hours. 4 visits ago; the receptionist said we couldn’t been seen because we were 5 minutes late; okay we understood and she rescheduled us; we arrived 15 minutes early and were seen 1:47 minutes after our appointment. My dog has chronic issues which make us visit the vet every 5 weeks and spend around $200 each visit. Our last appointment we were treated with NO RESPECT at all. The receptionist was mean when we called and she said: I’m offering you that day and time do you want or not? When I asked if she had any other openings. Okay; we let it go and scheduled the visit. At the day of the appointment due the COVID19 we had to wait inside the car until they called us in. Upon arrival we called and advised we were there; her answer - wow you are 20 minutes early! I thought she meant well; after waiting for almost 2 hours inside our car ( was cold and raining) we were called in and sent to the exam room. One hour inside and nothing; we could hear the gossiping about us; saying that we would learn to wait. I couldn’t wait anymore I needed my medication and my dog was impaciente; so I asked the receptionist how long more we would have to wait; she look into my eyes and said - you can re schedule if you aren’t willing to wait. I asked her if she was kidding and she laughed at me and turned her back.... After few more minutes doctor Banks came and in less then 10 minutes he was all done with my dog; I went to pay and the price was way over what we usually pay; and at the past visit we were double charged; so I asked why the price; she yelled at me; saying that she would put up with me; and after I pay I would be able to see the description; I started to record all the insults; I decided to go inside and ask Doctor Banks to help me out; and she was yelling even more the answers for my question (the ones she refused to answer before) I never felt so embarrassed and mistreated by anyone like this. I asked Dr Banks if our business wasn’t welcomed; because I wouldn’t mind if he was honest about; his answer was: he is one of my easiest patients I would have told you so. I honestly don’t know if she hates me because I’m an immigrant (double citizenship) or because she tried to hold my dog once; like she was holding a bull; and I told her he wouldn’t have to be held; and Dr Banks was aware of it; he even told her; he is good he won’t move. That is the only thing I could recall to get an explanation of how bad we were treated. Dr Banks knows what he is doing.; but he needs to get the place properly cleaned; it’s terrible! And about the receptionist I really don’t think is an acceptable way to treat a customer. I have listened to the recording many times before downgrading my review and every time I listen I get more upset and disappointed.

The staff is great my dog Bruno is very comfortable when we go there Greg, Joann and , Bruno

The place is pretty nice, staff is really nice also. Dr. Poff was so gentle with my kitties.

Dr Banks was very in tune with my dog Illy and very sensitive to her needs. Highly recommend.

Dr Banks is the best vet around here. He is very compassionate and does not price gauge you like some other vets around here. Thank u Dr Banks for being so awesome to me and Skye!!
