Very nice and welcoming! We moved from Jersey and the customer service has been great! Lucy’s cut always looks great!

They were attentive and answered all my questions.

I’m a first time pet owner with that being said I was nervous about giving my puppy her first groom. This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, nice, and informative. The groomers seem very professional and you can definitely tell they have experience. The groom didn’t take that long. The most important part is my puppy came out super cute and clean. She smells great and they gave her a really cute fall theme handkerchief and hair tie. 5/5 will definitely be coming back! FYI cash only.

I highly recommend this place..For past 7 years, I''ve been taking my beautiful baby dog who now is 16 years old. Marie has been so wonderful with my lChiquita. Very dedicated groomer . I must also give a shot out to Krysty who is a very understanding owner and very profesional when doing her best to accomodate appts for Chiquita. I moved to NJ, and it is so worthy to drive Chiki to this salon. ..don't pics say so much? ????. Thanks so much for always leaving my furry baby so beautiful..

I took my Yorkie puppy here today for his first grooming. They did a great job and explained everything to me. The staff was really nice.

we came to pet pawlour after having a bad experience with another groomer on the island. our shih tzu is very anxious but they made her feel at ease and they did such a great job on her cut, and they made sure to cut her nails and clean out her ears since she’s prone to ear infections. we’re very happy with the staff as well, who are very clearly animal lovers and cared for our baby the way we would. very pleased with our experience.

Amazing place!! Staff is awesome!! Both our dogs go there, one 22 lbs shitzu mix n other an 85lbs Black Lab. Both love it there n smell n feel great after. My Lab is my service dog n I’m very comfortable taking him there.

I used to have serious trust issues about leaving my dogs with ANYONE but this place is solid. My dogs were obviously nervous the first time we dropped them off and it was especially hard because they’re not used to strangers but when we came back for them, they were in a wonderful mood. When we drop them off now, they’re more than willing to go and when we pick them up, they’re beautiful and happy. I don’t see myself trusting any other groomer. 10000/10

Unfortunately, Pet Pawlour don't know how to do a Teddy bear cut. Really nice people but they have the same generic haircut for all dogs. We will have to find a new groomer as our cavapoos haircut never comes out how we want it.

Being a first time dog owner. I am new to the whole grooming style trends. I have been to other groomers, in which my dog’s haircut looked outdated, resembling more of a rodent than a cute Morkie. Pet pawlour groomed my dog appropriately for his breed. Now we have more positive feedbacks around the neighborhood.

Friendly, clean, professional and a great location. My havanese Hannah goes in there looking like a mop and comes out looking like she’s heading to the Westminster dog show! Great place with great groomers.

Clyde loves going here. He goes in right away and always comes home looking great, full of energy and happy. Super easy to get an appointment and very accommodating. Great neighborhood grooming spot ! Highly recommended.

It was good but unlike other places, they don't put a bandana or doggie cologne. Prices are ok.

I went to three different groomers before finding a place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby (Scruffy). Hard to find a place and people that you can trust. It is a transparent open concept environment where you can see where the dogs are at all times. The people are nice and I don’t typically wait long for the entire grooming process (roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min Is what I have experienced from drop off to pick up). My dog doesn’t love getting groomed but he doesn’t resist walking in like he has in all the other places I have taken him to.

My baby is adorable. Don’t personally think a shihtzu under 15 pounds should be $60 bucks though.

Making an appointment was very easy. The staff were very friendly also. My dog came in for a wash and always hates the blower. My dog was blow dried and loved it! Dont know how they did it! Lol! But what I can say is this place is worth every penny and piece of mind knowing your family member (pet) will be taken care of.

My dog and I both love kristy and The staff at pet Pawler!! She always takes great care of my dog, she truly loves what she does and it shows! I’m so happy they are close to my house, but I would drive over a bridge to go to this groomer!! They are the BEST !!
