We’ve been taking our pets here for years. They are always so helpful when I helicopter call with a “crisis” (sometimes they are real) and they always treat me with patience and kindness.

Unfortunately my experience with Mountain View Veterinary Hospital was bad from the beginning to the end. It started with an appointment which was neither confirmed nor honored (I had to change it last minute otherwise I was told to wait several weeks for another appointment), I was given wrong instructions on how to give my pet its medication twice, I received a completely overpriced offer for a procedure which was not necessary and on top of that I waited over 5 weeks for blood work results which I needed to chase several times by phone and email (which mostly were neglected). Also, it was impossible to order prescription food for my pet. The staff is rude, indifferent and simply not interested in the well being or your pet. The only thing they're interested in, is revenue. My pet does not deserve this level of disrespect.

AMAZING STAFF!!! We had an emergency with our dog and couldn't get him seen at our regular spot, and they were so kind to take us, close to closing time, and were absolutely incredible. The whole staff is extremely caring, genuine, and overall the most pleasant group of people you'll ever meet. They made our dog comfortable and took amazing care of him. This is the only place we will take him from now on!

Very good Veterinary facility. I got my two cats cremated here and they did an excellent job.

The entire staff is professional and courteous. They are very competitively priced to other vets in the area. Service is top notch at MOUNTAINVIEW. You and your pet receive the best care and caring for your pet is number one on their list. Our Buddy has seizures and we have been working to find the right balance of medication. The staff effortlessly handles our requests for refills, bloodwork, nail clippings, etc. MOUNTAINVIEW has their own on line pharmacy, and yet they go above and beyond to find me the best price for meds even if it’s not from their pharmacy. The doctors take the time to explain in detail what to expect, they cover all bases and truly care for your pet. I am so happy and relieved to have found MOUNTAINVIEW to be our vet.

A true gem in terms of a veterinary practice! MountainView by far is the best place we were lucky enough to discover when we had an emergency with one of our dogs and they were able to take her in under their Urgent Care. Our previous vet practice that we had gone to for many years was taken over by VCA and all went downhill not to mention the two vets we had used left that practice. The staff and vet techs were professional and courteous. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Terri Schneider who was kind, compassionate and most of all so knowledgeable in terms of her assessment and diagnosis with our dog. We're happy to say that they gained yet another new client with us!

What an amazing end to a horrible experience. Our families dog Sky was attacked by a neighbors dog. We really weren’t sure what to do or if she needed medical attention. In the end we decided to bring her in to Mountainview. The staff was incredible, so friendly and they really made Sky comfortable and took great care of her. It was quick and easy. She didn’t need stitches but had a puncture wound that they cleaned out and gave antibiotics so it wouldn’t get infected. This is now Sky’s new home for all her medical needs. I highly recommend MountainView in a emergency or just to have your fur baby cared for. Also prices were so reasonable. I am so happy we chose them in our time of need. Thank you guys keep up the amazing work!!!

There is no place that my wife and I trust more with our Zuke. We feel so safe and confident in every single dealing we have with Mountainview. Dr. Boggier, Dr. Voight, and the entire staff are wonderful. Everyone goes above and beyond. We can't say enough about how we feel with Zuke in their care, and we couldn't be more thankful to Mountainview Hospital.

Dr. Voigt is one of the smartest ( not just book smart but out of the box smart), most compassionate people I know. She has cared for my rescue dog from the first day I brought him home. She was with me every step of the way when Kennel cough became pneumonia and I thought I had brought him home just to lose him. She has helped me through his anxiety and his chronic pancreatitis. I drive over 30 minutes to see her because it is absolutely worth it. Her staff is outstanding and caring. You feel they honestly care about you and your pet.

As usual, we received excellent service for our pets. The vets are wonderful and the office staff is always friendly, kind, and professional.

I went to their urgent care because my dog was distressed and in pain. They were thorough, professional and kind. I will go back there with my Jazzman. The only thing I would've liked is a call back the next day or so to see how my dog was doing after an emergency visit.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM IN AN EMERGENCY. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. One would have thought that being a loyal client for 10 plus years with 6 dogs would warrant a little concern, compassion, and loyalty in return. Several calls pleading for help were dismissed as inconvenient. We wanted to believe that the vet was unaware of the situation. Based on the dismissive email we received from Lauren the office manager it is impossible to believe that they weren't aware. It is not lost on us that had they spent the time and energy on helping our little Tilly that was spent on making the list of excuses to justify their lack of compassion and professionalism could have all made the difference. When we told them how disappointed we were and that we feel like we have no other option, but to move all seven dogs to another provider, and requested that all of their records be sent to the email on file. Which as of this writing have not been received. Their attitude about losing a loyal client with 6 dogs was okay, whatever. We hope they never have to experience the disgusting lack of compassion we have the last 5 days. The outcome is devastating. As angry and heartbroken as we are, we would never want them to be so devastated. We don't take making this post lightly, but we can not stay silent and risk this happening to someone else. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED PET TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

My family has been going to the practice since it first started. The level of care used to be be exceptional, however that is no longer the case. As long as "well" visits are all that are needed, and you are able to wait weeks for it, then this will work for you. Unfortunately, if you need care for a "sick" visit you are pushed off to costly "After Care" regardless of the severity. There is no option for fitting in a visit. Despite being a client since birth, they were unwilling to see our dog for a sick visit on two different occasions. The continued excuse for lack of concern is Covid. That just isn't valid anymore. I called another vet and was taken in immediately. I'm heartbroken at the deteriorating level of care and am forced to take all six dogs elsewhere. When else do you need a vet as much as you do when you pup is sick. They just aren't there for us anymore. My opinion went from a raving review to disgust.

Had to use their evening Emergency hours. Staff was kind. Dr. Schnieder was wonderful with our cat and amazing with how clearly she explained what she thought was happening and why. Her follow-up call with test results was also crystal clear. We totally understand what we need to do and why. Feel absolutely confident. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my pets here for about two years. Dr. Schneider is probably the best I have ever been to. I have two cats and one dog and they treat them so incredibly well. My one cat is kind of scared of people but Dr. Schneider is amazing in how she deals with them. Some practices just operate like they are just another animal but Dr. Schneider really gets to know the pets like they are a member of the family which they are. I would expect this from my own Dr. and I get this service every time I am there. I would highly recommend their service.

The entire staff at Mountainview is amazing! I have a pit bull that can be very aggressive towards strangers and came to me with a lot of medical problems. I went to several vets who couldn't treat him before we found Dr. Boggier and now I would never consider going anywhere else! I rarely allow anyone outside of my immediate family to touch Sam because of his nervous aggression, but I trust all of the staff here with him. Dr. Boggier will sit on the floor and feed him treats until he comes and sits with her, and he's very comfortable with her now. She is amazing and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Copper always comes in and loves to sit and wait his turn. The staff is so loving and attentive. The vets have always been reliable and supportive. We don’t feel like a “number” in their caseload. I strongly recommend this veterinary clinic.
