Woof Grooming Philadelphia, New Jersey

I called and the mailbox was full. I sent an email to them and received a day and time. When I arrived the lights were off and the door was locked eventually a worker unlocked the door and took my dog. After 2 hours I received a text that she was done and returned the door again was locked and I texted and called with no response after 5 mins a worker came out with my dog. Her nails are splintered, she was still damp when I picked her up and now that she is dry she is shedding like crazy. I paid $40 for a bath and nail clip and will not be returning there are cheaper and higher quality options in the area. Update a week later: I wish I had read the Yelp reviews and I had her regroomed because she still smelled.

They can only be contacted via email but never answered my email requesting a grooming appointment.

A really good job, and they don't keep your dog an entire day. Even the dog likes it there. We are always asked where we get our dog groomed, because he looks great.

My Springer spaniels ALWAYS go in a hot mess and come back out looking like the poster pups of the breed! Prices are on target. I HATE the location and wish they would open a second shop in Delaware county!

We've been to multiple groomers with our Cavapoo Arnold and Woof is the best! We've moved to Northern Liberties and after trying others we have to go have to Woof. Timing is good, cut is always the best and he doesn't mind doing here! This is the only groomer where I really feel like I'm getting what I've paid for.

I've been bringing my Shih-Poo to Woof Grooming for about a year and a half now, and Alex and Co. NEVER disappoint! She always ends up looking like she's received the most expensive treatment, when in actuality, the grooming fee is super affordable. Alex and his Staff are so kind and friendly. I wish I'd found out about this place YEARS ago. A+ service from start to finish every single visit.

Alex is top notch. Our Pomeranian is temperamental and high strung. Alex handles him no prob. He followed our requests to the letter.

I will only take my Cavachon to Woof Grooming, they are the best!!! My girl leaves there strutting her stuff, she feels so pretty!! The service is top notch, they even did a spot clean when we walked out after a grooming one day and she pooped on her tail. The groomer took her back and quickly cleaned her up and got us on our way! We have been customers for over 6 years!

Because of the skill level of Alex and his, I thought I was going have to pay an arm and a leg. Not true! My Bichon and Maltipoo are treated like and look like they are Intern'l Best In Show

Alex is great. He does a great job on our Irish Setter. The dog never looked and smelled better!

They have groomed my Shelties for years. Always a superb job! The only downside is that sometimes they are not finished by the time specified, but I have come to learn that's because it took a little more time to make my guys look "perfect!". I can live with that!
