Great staff. Very friendly. Gone there several times. I take my dog to get a bath. Affordable.

Recently my fiancée and I got a kitten and West Pets was able to supply us with everything we needed to make sure little Chester is happy and comfortable. I love supporting small local businesses as well. I haven’t tried the do it yourself dog wash yet but I asked about it and you can take your doggy in and use a washing station with your own shampoo.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I wash my dog here atleast 2 times a month

Literally l 10/10 I will come from another state to shop here I absolutely love this store and the lady who runs it it is the most wonderful and caring vibe and just a charming little shop in the middle of West Philly if you need anything from pet food to pet toys or just to drop in and get some knowledge it's here for you

Had to go twice, first time, picked a harness for our new puppy, and it was 2 small. Nice staff, close to our home, easy parking, cute store!!!

Love this place for my dog. Katie is a great owner who keeps track of all her clients' needs and makes sure that they have stuff stocked when we need it They have a really nice self service dog bath at a very affordable price which is also a nice little perk

Great had everything your pet need

What a fantastic local pet store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about the community and, more importantly, animals. We have been shopping here for over a year, and they never disappoint. Our cat's favorite toy that we bought at West Pets got broken several months ago. We went back for another, and they were out. Once we told them about it, they immediately got the toy back in stock. Please, give them your business. You will not regret it.

Not a big supply of pet care items

West pets is such an amazing part of the neighborhood! We can’t walk past without Bambi and Pumpkin wanting to stop in because they know Katie has treats for them! The dog wash is a god send!!

I have ordered several of the adjustable collar tags and love them! The tag sits flat on the collar do no jingling noise and nothing to get caught on. My order shipped the next day and communication was excellent!

Store had just what I needed to make my 13 year old "kitten" content again.

As a cat lady, I love this store. Not just the products, but the customer service is always so great, no matter who is working. I needed pet avoidance spray and they ordered it. They also have those maze food bowls that slow down feeding- but for cats. My cat is also overweight and I needed a high meat content dry food, which of course they had right there.

Wonderful little shop. I have a dog suffering from cancer and they had exactly what I needed to help ease her pain a little. Katy was very knowledgeable and very informative. She knew exactly what we needed and took care of me and my dog. Definitely intend to return.
