The entire staff is wonderful! Even after moving to Rockland, I still bring my dog to Dr. Katz. Best recommendation I ever received.

Dr. Katz and his team are wonderful. They're all knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I've taken 3 generations of dog's to him. They can't wait to see him. Highly recommended when you need care.

We recently moved to Pelham so we were in between vets but our dog was otherwise healthy until she suddenly had a series of seizures in the middle of the night. After taking her to emergency care at the Vet. Emergency Group we had a follow-up appointment at Pelham Animal Hospital per the guidance from VEG to see a local vet for additional care. While the visit seemed pleasant and a regular seizure med was prescribed our dog started having additional seizures two days later. My repeated calls to Pelham Animal Hospital were not returned and an email to their vets was not responded to. They just flat out ignored us and it was obvious the silent treatment was a sign they didn't want to treat our dog anymore, for whatever reason. I should have known when they didn't even call the day after prescribing her a new seizure med. Our previous vet in NYC would call the day after any kind of treatment to see how our dog was doing. I see lots of great reviews but I was so disappointed when the vet right in our town simply didn't care to even respond to us. We've since established care at Yonkers Animal Hospital and while it's a further drive they are super nice and attentive to our dog's care.

i visited this place with my girlfriend with her dog for the 1st time and told her we never goin back there again. The female i believe name was Suzie she had a shave head like mind was very rude and unprofessional and rude with her mouth to the employees like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. if i worked there and she talked to me like that i be fired quick. whoever go there for services avoid Suzie with the SHAVED HEAD PLZ.

I use onlu the best for my dog and this place is it!!

Great Vet and friendly staff A + ????

They took very good care of my 7 month old pup. They were able to accurately diagnose where his injury was and although his treatment is ongoing, I am very satisfied and relieved to have brought him here. Bonus: the docs loved him so much and gave him lots of attention when I couldn't.

Nurses are kind and patient, especially with picking up pets at the cars in the lot and talking to us nervous parents outside in this heat! Dr. Katz is very hospitable, courteous and professional.

I Hardly EVERRRR post reviews. But this was a MUST. I just spoke with one of the most kind spirited person, Brittney!!???? She was so professional, patient, informative, and sweet. To consider the times we're in and for her to go above and beyond explaining and answering my questions I felt only obligated to take the time to write this review and although I have yet to bring my 2 cats to any hospital but Brittney just put your Hospital on the map with a star. Dr Katz has taken great care of all my past animals and will continue into the fure!

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. The staff and Dr. Katz are knowledgeable, personal and professional. My most recent experience is about my kitten "Rain". She developed congestion & breathing issues that didn't not clear up. Based on Dr Katz experience and insight, he quickly and correctly diagnosed it as a polyp, performed the surgery and safely removed it. My kitten was back home and playing before dinner time.

They worked with a friend to save a cat that she feeds in her yard but can occasionally bring inside. The cat needed surgery and they explained the procedure and the medications and follow up to her very clearly. The cat is fine now and she felt comfortable taking care of him afterwards.

The staff is so amazing and personable. Beautiful too inside and out. Dr. Johnson is unlike any other Vet I have encountered. He is knowledgeable and he isnt pushy. Love it here.

Have been going here for years, Dr. Katz & his staff are the best. Wednesdays for new patients (only) you can get a free exam with Dr. Johnson. My Reba should get the best treatment, and here is where we go.????????????

Dr Katz is great with the animals. He really cares about them and follows up. Staff is very friendly. I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years. Would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Katz, Dr. Johnson and the staff there are absolutely wonderful. They were compassionate and kind, and have taken great care of our dogs. Additionally, they're affordable, and once your a patient, accessible if you have an urgent situation after hours (which is always when something comes up). I couldn't recommend them more!

I worked for Dr. Katz for several years as an assistant, but he was also my personal vet and I continued to use him as our family veterinarian until the time I relocated from the area. Dr. Katz ‘s ability to to be simultaneously empathetic, accurate and realistic with diagnoses, I believe makes him the premier veterinarian in that area.
