Petco Paramus, New Jersey

The store was well stocked, clean, and had a very large selection of various kinds of pet supplies. We were able to find everything we were looking for and our dog had a great time too.

The fish department in the Paramus, NJ store is outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

The customer service I received from their employee Diago M. Is EXACTLY the reason why I drive past 3 other petco stores on my way to this exact location, he was professional, kind, patient and went above & beyond to answer any questions I had..this store deserves 10+ stars!!

The merchandise and presentation in the store is wonderful.

Well I needed limited ingredients dog treats , which you used to stock but did not have any. I will try again .I know shipping has been an issue.

This is one of my favorite petco locations. Very quiet and clean. The only problem is that it doesn't have the variety of products that the big Petco locations have but is a wonderful store to spend with your pet

Great variety. Super clean and organized. I did NOT like that one girl was watching me, asked if I needed help, then proceeded to watch me after I said no. Because I'm not white? Because my hair was yellow and orange? The combat boots? I dunno. But the guy who rung me up was very nice! I would return... as long as I'm not being watched like a Perp next time !

Very bad customer service. I made an appointment for my cat and waited for a text back that confirms me to go inside but it was never sent. Waited an hour in my car. Then called them and they told me that the clinic workers are on a break for half an hour and why was i not told? Then they gave me a Florida number like what am I supposed to do with a Florida number. Went inside of the Petco and talked to the staff they didn't even know what to do and straight up ignored my situation. I'm very upset with this service.

I found what I was looking for in a very short time. The store was clean. Well organized and lighted.

Had everything I was looking for. Fast checkout and was able to be in and out in 5-10 minutes. Friendly staff and service from the employees.

Very convenient access off of route 17n in Paramus. The have everything you can think of for your house pet. Pricey items though.

Full service pet store is what you would expect. I go to Paramus for crickets and worms for four my bearded dragon, they keep their stock fresh..

Really not big on large pet stores, but better than Pet Smart. Clearks are ready to help and seem to know what they are talking about.

I've never been inside this location just the others around it until this time. They have much more options than petsmart when it comes to fish.

I like the store but I don't like the location. It is not easy to get back on RT 17th North. You exit the parking lot and you are on Rt 17. It is really kind of dangerous.

Didn't have the brand of hay and guinea pig food I usually get from there, but they did have some new options of bedding and it is always clean. Cashier was a bit hostel. Overall not a bad experience.

Store is clean, stuff is very helpful. and for the most part you have everything in there no need to go to another store
