My dog Oreo is so difficult to groom. But Wanda knows how to deal with him without him being affected. Like possible seizures after grooming.

I took my dog for the first time to get full service from Wanda. What an amazing experience. She and her staff took their time and made my r look great. Wanda paid attention to details and took great care of my baby. I would recommend her to anyone who wants quality service and care for their furry love ones

I heard about Wanda’s on the radio as part of a segment about the best black-owned businesses in NYC, and this amazing groomer and her staff completely lived up to their reputation. Everyone working at Wanda’s is an absolute delight, and they took incredible care of my shy pup, who always gets nervous before a groom but who emerged totally calm and with a great summer cut! Will absolutely be making this business my go-to for pet grooming.

Wanda well you are not going to find a better person out there like her she is the kindest person I’ve meet my dog loves going to Wanda she is so kind to my dog I would never go somewhere else. Excellent service, she is truly a pet lover

After leaving multiple voicemails and emailing them, they never responded to my request to set up an appt for my shiba inu puppy. Since they are in my neighborhood, I stopped by in person to make the appt. The day before the scheduled appointment, Wanda called and said she needed to reschedule for later that day or 3 days later. Not a big deal. I'm flexible. So, we rescheduled for the afternoon. When we arrived, it was clear that social distancing was not a concern of hers, as her staff brushed by us multiple times (without a mask) to get by. Then, Wanda took my dog and put him in a kennel in back and said she'd call us in 2.5 hours. It was the first time dropping my dog at grooming, so I was nervous. Did it help that Wanda said on my way out the door. "I don't usually do shibas." What confidence she inspires. 3 hours later I got the call to pick him up. He smelled great. You don't cut shibas' hair, but we had requested she do his teeth and nails. She didn't do either of those things. So, with tip, I paid around $100 for someone to JUST wash my dog. I will not be returning Wanda's.

Great place to do all the grooming

Wanda is a very friendly, and a great groomer.. She is great with communicating with you & your fur baby making them feel comfortable .. she is known for giving you exactly what you request for your pet. I love that she offers tips on grooming and care for your pet. She specializes in poodle cuts.. tell her exactly what you want and she keeps in the pets record the next time she will give same cut if requested. Two hours later he is always ready.

Nice small grooming shop in Harlem. Love taking my boy to Wanda for his cuts. She does a great job and is really responsible and honest...I have no qualms about leaving my boy with her and when I come back he's always just as happy but much more fresh and clean....totally worth paying her a visit for a spectacular grooming experience for your dog...Thanks Wanda ????️

I wish Wanda woulda cut pepper,s hair better.

It was our first time taking our shitzu chyna to the groomers, so we was both nervous and scared. We didnt want to leave her there, but we had to. When we came back to pick her up she was so excited to see us. She didnt look like my same chynabear. We didnt even recognize her. Wanda did a awesome job! She even gave chyna a lil bow☺ we will definately be coming here from now on, highly recommend.

I was highly delighted when I went to pick up my little ones. Wanda had done a phenomenal grooming on both. Especially on their nails and ears. I will defitnately use her services again.

1st time visit was awesome...for us all! 2 dogs, 3 hrs total groom time. Wanda and Amanda are friendly and the vibe was good. I didn’t feel “nervous” leaving my boys. They looked amazing upon my return and weren’t skittish back home because they were not there all day. As you can see,they are relaxed????????

Lovely place, so clean and friendly the owner is such a beautiful loving woman. Great prices and the jobs performed on each dog is spectacular. She did a wonderful job on my Feisty loved it and so did my baby Feisty.

Great place I personally think 75$is a lot for a 7 pound dog ......but the lady caring for the dog is a angel my dog was happy when I got him back and 75$ is ok when you dog is happy ...thanks and would do it again

Wanda and her team were accommodating enough to make an appointment before normal hours to treat my flea-ridden cat. Despite 3 treatments she was still suffering but after 2 hours with Wanda she came back fluffy and clean. We found a few fleas on her face some days after but haven't seen any since 4 days now after her bath. While my cat loudly protested during the bath and grooming she didn't commit the usual revenge acts in our home like she often does when she feels angry after a vet visit. That goes a long way to show how well Wanda treated Kimora my japanese bobtail. I highly recommend her services, its worth the cost.

Ace has been going to Wanda since birth, that's 2 1/2 years. She is a friendly, professional and a perfectionist. She takes her time and this doggie parent is happy. The prices are reasonable. We love You Wanda for your dedication to the Pets and helping them look their best.

I just called and received very poor customer service. The person I spoke gave two prices for grooming services that were only a $5 difference but couldn't properly explain why the difference in price. I asked if there were any deals for first time customers and he pretty much gave me the same price as the package. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to taking my dog there.
