Harlem Doggie Day Spa New York, New Jersey

Fiancé and I were nervous bc of a bad experience somewhere else. My beautiful goldendoodle was so joyful when I picked her up today. Seemed like she didn't want to leave. She looks amazing, we got comments on the walk home. You genuinely feel comfortable dropping your dog there. That was the most important thing to me. The two gentlemen working, Brian and Ronnie, were not pushing any services or products and were genuinely warm people. I am a relieved pup mom

I have been to 2 other groomers and this was by far, the best experience. Brandon was attentive and did exactly what I asked, unlike other places. Also, there wasn't a month long wait to book an appointment. I will be coming back.

Brian at HDDS took great care of my puppy Ella. He totally groomed her to my liking, followed up phone with calls, all stuff a dog parent would obsess over. I would definitely recommend!

I had been looking for a new groomer for a while. After a lot of research and reading countless reviews I decided to give Harlem Doggie Spa a try. My pup had not been groomed in a while and was in desperate need of a day of beauty. When we arrived we were greeted by Brandon who was scheduled to groom her. He was friendly and professional and very good with my dog who tends to get anxious when dropped anywhere unfamiliar. When I went to pick her up Robert assisted me. He was also very friendly and provided great service. When he brought my dog out she looked great! Overall, staff was amazing, service was great and Brandon did an excellent job. I highly recommend and will definitely be making this my go to groomer.

The customer service was nice but I ask for number 4 he had way less hair then that. I show a pic how I want his face and they still took to much off.. I pay $100 and still tip so I would like to have done what I ask for.

I could not be any more happier with the service I received at HDDS. Brian was very informative and made me feel comfortable leaving my Shihtzu who I bought in for grooming.

I have a new Shiba Inu puppy and she is 4 months old now. Shibas are known to be disliked by groomers because they don’t like to be touched a lot so I was a little worried. Also, my baby girl is extra shy! She gets anxious of everything so this experience felt like a rollercoaster for me. However, Harlem Doggie Day Spa was extra professional with my puppy, they got to experience her anxious self so they told me to wait another extra minutes. I waited with a big smile because I knew they were treating her with patience and time. She smelt like heavens! And didn’t seem scared of the experience. The price is also reasonable. Thank you.

I dropped my dog off for her first day and when I picked her up, she was SO HAPPY! The staff was super helpful and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back!

Let’s just say that I cried when I picked up Charlie and saw what a beautiful job Sammy did with him! It took me a while to find a spot that I felt comfortable enough to make an appointment with…6months to be exact after getting my new pup. Brian is amazing too!!!! Aside from charming he actually comes out and greets his clients and takes time to answer questions and concerns! Such a homie spot! It definitely has my heart and it will stay there!

So happy with what they did with my dog!!!! I was fully expecting to pay $100+, but it only came out to be $60 because I had only asked them to clean up places that needed a trim. I appreciate them taking such good care of my super anxious dog and being honest with pricing! Looking forward to our next visit!

Sam is the best. She is especially great with puppies. Her patience and love for dogs shows as my pup loves going. I never worry because he is in good hands. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place that truly loves and cares about your dog, then Harlem Doggie Day Spa is the place to go. HDDS came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. I took my puppy Gigi to HDDS for her first full groom and Sammy did an amazing job!! Also, Sammy must be a dog whisperer because Gigi now sits patiently when I brush her at home.

Our pup, Roran, LOVES his time at Harlem Doggie Day Spa!! They are unbelievably caring and kind. We use HDDS for both grooming and daycare and he (and we) absolutely love it. As a pet owner, you want to trust the people you leave your dog with and that is 100% the case with Brian and his team. THANK YOU HDDS for everything!

Brian and his staff are so efficient and good with the dogs. I love that they are cage free. Shadow's always initially nervous but I think he enjoys his time there. People have made such positive comments about how good Shadow looks after grooming. They really do do a fantastic job. No problem giving out recommendations ????

Our dogs always love it at Harlem Doggie Day Spa. Brian and the rest of the crew give them loads of affection whenever we leave them for overnight boarding.
