Stopped in there to pickup petfood. However they no longer carry the brand. The owner called around, found a place and had them place it on hold. Exceptional service with class. Thank you.

Terry's Pet Shop has everything we need for our pets. The staff is wonderful, courteous and always helpful. If we need a product and they do not have it in stock they will always try to get for you. They have excellent food products for our precious pets! Stop by and you will see what I mean.

Had a great overall experience. I went to buy gift for my friends puppy and had no idea. Staff was extremely helpful and guided me through this. This was my first time here and I would love to visit again at the next opportunity.

My dog had an injured tail. It was extremely hard to keep him from licking & further irritating it. He also has high anxiety and gets anxious going into stores. The staff from Terrys Pet Shop came out to my car and helped me fix the proper collar on my dog which kept him from licking & actually saved him from getting his tail amputated. This is just one example of their extremely wonderful customer service.

Prices are very reasonable, MUCH better than what you find at places like PetCo. I prefer to give Terry's my business over any "national" store or franchise. Great selection of dog chews and rawhides; we bring our dogs into the store and basically let their noses choose what they want. Management is very knowledgeable and always provides us with excellent information and the occasional free treat for our little one. Highly recommend!

Terry’s is what lead to the reason I have two great rabbits (Pride and Sloth). Excellent and friendly Staff. Good deals, items, and location. They have my pets’ business.

After reading another poor review, I finally feel comfortable to write this because I had been TRAUMATIZED for YEARS after this incident. I came June 30th 2018 when they were understaffed and I was told I needed to hold my Himalayan for the groomer. Though I had taken my cat for years, I never got to see his experience. My cat was TERRIFIED only after the groomer clipped him so many times he ended up needing a muzzle because he was in so much pain and would keep hissing. My cat ended up biting me right before she put it on because she clipped his genital area. She was so rough, took ZERO care or patience in grooming him, and when she clipped his nails, she didn’t even look and 2 of them were bleeding. I was crying the entire time I was there from the experience and I ended up going to the hospital for the cat bite that night because the wound was so deep. Woman who did the grooming thought nothing of it and offered no compensation. My cat had the sweetest personality before he died shortly lately (unrelated, just old age). He NEVER had hissed or bit anyone in his life before. Do NOT go to groomer here, they treat cats HORRIBLY. I have never been back since.

The people that work there are very knowledgeable about all the pet food choices and are willing to help me get the best food. I love going there and so does my dog!

The pet supply store is great - very helpful & shop local so I've really hesitated to write this review. The groomer is HORRIBLE. We went there during COVID when others weren't as available for the first time. She claimed my doodle needed to be shaved down because she was so matted (she's been groomed for 3 years elsewhere and never been told this). I was in SHOCK when I picked her up. She had shaved her down SO FAR it took 6 months for her hair to grow back. Also, my poor dog literally jumped in my arms to get away from the groomer and seemed afraid of her. The groomer then told me she had "nicked" her. My dog limped for 3 days because her paw pad was cut. I was so upset by the whole thing and I feel others should be aware. Again, this is not a review for the actual pet supply part of the store.

I had my dog groomed by Amanda and it was a great experience with her. I have a senior dog and she needs extra care and she took better care than any groomer I've used before. I will definitely be going back. Management was a little rude but that's okay it might have been a rough day.

AMANDA IS THE BEST!!! I have a rescue pitty that is very iffy about baths & grooming but right away was comfortable with Amanda! I had anxiety with her first grooming appointment (like any dog mom) ; however Amanda took my phone number & sent me photos throughout Cleo’s grooming experience! Immediately I was relieved! She is the only person Cleo & I trust for her baths! I recommend all of my friends & family to her! Amanda is amazing & honestly the only reason I go to Terry’s Pet Stop!

I have been coming to Terry’s pet stop after my groomer closed and am very happy with the grooming service for my two fur babies, as well as the products in the store. It’s a great pet shop for all your pet needs. Definitely come by and check them out!

Amazing local pet store with grooming! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I went to them prior to getting my new puppy and they set me up with everything needed. Their prices were very reasonable too. Even came to my home when I had issues setting up the crate. I also had a senior dog with major tummy issues. They worked with me to get the correct nutritious food for him to keep his tummy calm. I can’t say enough about Terri, John and Mike! This pet shop is a great find and you won’t be sorry going there.

A Bouvier DesFlandres owner and first time customer I was extremely nervous bringing Him for His first time grooming at 3 months. Christine was wonderful, caring and managed to stay calm throughout the entire time that I was paranoid about leaving Him, I actually sat in my car for several hours! She stated that She will see how much She can do since it’s His first time and He was not too socialized. The staff of the front desk made Me feel so comfortable, John was awesome & kept good conversation w/Me which helped Me calm down lol He is also very knowledgeable about dog food, different dog breeds etc. I also had the chance to meet the owner. Clean facility, great products & services! Love the place, they definitely earned my business & trust. Btw my Bouvier Misiu looked very handsome & happy to be there even after the grooming ;)
