This is where I take my puppy and they take care of him everytime.

Great selection and nice location behind the mall. Always well stocked. Grooming is very affordable.

Decent selection, a bit pricey. But not terrible.

Need to up there aquatic inventory, but always friendly people.

Curbside service is very helpful!

Helpful staff. We have a rescue dog that was severely mistreated prior to us getting her. She is fine at home but car rides make her beyond nervous- imagine a battery operated back massager, that's how she trembles. The staff helped me pick out a cbd product to try and so far seems to help her out

Sells junk food for animals, also sells cool toys that I don't need.

Lovely place very helpful staff. Bought my 2 parakeets from them. Papa yellow and little blue

Was on my way for an Emergency visit to Vet. With my neice and baby and ran in looking for cat carrior and Scott the manager was awesome.He actually put carrior together with in 5 mins. For someone to go above and beyond you don't see to often.This store has a great manager.300%Thank you Scott!!

Placed order in and within a few hours had my order ready for pick up. When I went to pick up order they had it all in a cart and rolled it out for me.

Never anyone approached to help. A bit pricey. We do like our groomer for sure !

Nice store. Clean and not cluttered. They have a large variety of items for many pets. Nice aquarium section. Nice staff.

It’s hit or miss with the fish section. One day this location sells fish, and next minute the fish can’t be sold. Sometimes I have to wait several minutes to even find an associate to assist me with getting feeder fish when I know that the cashier at the register can clearly see me just stand there waiting. This is my least favorite store and only go come here if I don’t feel like traveling to the cherry hill store.

I ordered Digestive Care ID dog food online and had to go through hoops to get the vet to send me a prescription and then I get an email saying my order was canceled. When I called the store and asked why my order was canceled the associate said it was because they do not have the chicken stew flavor they have a different flavor. I said it does not have to be the chicken stew flavor it can be a different flavor. The associate said well that is what it says on the order. I asked the associate why I wasnt called to see if it was okay to modify the order. The associate responds with "I dont think we are allowed to do that ma'am". Oh wait so you are not allowed to provide good customer service? I guess the store does not care about their customers or if the customers will ever return to their store.

Didn't have in stock the things that the computer said they had, so my order was changed. This happens frequently with different items

The employees and managers are the reason I love this store. Always helpful and knowledgeable on every level. Best pet store around.

Usually, I would give it 5 stars, but since the pandemic, they do not have a big selection for my cat's specific food. Had to go to 2 different Petsmarts to get a sufficient amount of food! Overall, store was clean, great people! If you go there enough times to the store, the representatives at PetSmart start to know you and your animal's needs and wants!

They were very caring and peofrssional. Great Job!!!!!!

Store was clean and well stocked. Friendly staff awaited at check out. My only complaint is that some of the stock on the shelves was disorganized. Perhaps customers take items and decide not to purchase them leaving them in the wrong location. Periodic inspections by staff would prevent this issue.

Shelves where empty of what they said they had on the phone

The condition of the beta fish they have here is absolutely cruel and awful. These fish stay in these tiny cups with water they apparently do not change consistently, a few of them were DEAD, and the rest have severe infection, or fin rot. One poor baby had a swollen white eye, and was just swimming on its side fighting to hold on. The water in these cups at the bottom was GREEN and DISGUSTING. The fish I had purchased previously was ill, and I thought it was just coincidence. But now I know it’s because these people have absolutely no care for these animals.
