We love Ticehurst they always take care of our babies!!!

I called to bring my dog in for his nails clipped. I was asked my vaccination status. I answered “ no”. I was refused service because of my vaccination status. Even though I agreed to wear a mask. They are now attempting to lie about what happened. This place is deplorable

Wonderful experience! I can't say enough good things about this animal hospital. My husband and I were in such a bind trying to find someone to board our diabetic cat at the last minute. The kind people at Ticehurst were so accommodating and welcomed our cat to their hospital. I want to especially thank Patty for taking such great care of our cat and making her feel comfortable with her favorite petting glove. We will definitely be using Ticehurst in the future and I want to thank the entire staff for this great experience.

Friendly affordable pet care. I was so happy to find them. The dental work for my sheltie was 1/3 what a larger vet facility quoted me. Can call anytime and get an answer.

this place is awesome. my shy dog was greeted to an empty waiting area and no other dogs were visible.. she was scared but they treated her nicely and even though she never calmed down she didnt growl and they conducted the exam quickly and she was given her shots super fast and we were on our way!!.. great staff

Horrible experience. Doctor comes in on crutches and crossed eyed. Tells us they can't ultrasound our dog the reason why were coming to the Vet only reason we were making the appointment. Also was very disrespectful with my mother telling her my dog will never catch up on her shots now and its too late to worry about which made my mother very upset. They made us lift a 86 pound dog like told us to and stood there and watched us struggle on to a high metal table all byourselves and my mother has back and knee problems. Then we paid 70 dollars for nothing when all they did was weigh her and feel around on her stomach. I talked to Middletown vet after this visit and all information they gave us was incorrect! DO NOT GO HERE STAY AWAY! VERY WEIRD PLACE!!

They are competent and caring people

My family has brought all of our pets to Ticehurst since I was little, for as long as I can remember. Dr Siddons and his staff is wonderful. They are honest and very reasonably priced, and have never steered us wrong. I now live in NY but I still bring my two shepherds down to see them because I don’t trust anyone else. The office isn’t as fancy and updated as some others, but I’m ok with that because it’s the people, knowledge and compassion that count in my opinion. They don’t look to drain your wallet doing tons of unecessary tests and surgeries unless they are truly needed, and all surgeries have been VERY reasonably priced. It’s a small office and they take their time with you, and don’t overbook appts so you aren’t sitting waiting to be seen for more then a couple of minutes. They get to know you and you’re pet by name and that is a nice touch too! Thank you to the TAH family for all you have done and continue to do for my family and our pets throughout the years!!

I have taken all of my dogs here for over 20 years. Everyone is so nice and caring. They take the time to answer all of your questions. I always got an appointment when I needed to. I cannot say enough good things about them! I highly recommend them!!

I love this vet! Very honest people working here. The vet has given me great advice to help my cat's urinary problems to keep it under control. Highly recommend this place.
