Jersey Girl Runs???? and Petcos employees are always helpful.Its conveniently location in Middletown shopping plaza.Bring your pet along ,they will love it!! I particully like that in the front of the store outfits or twos of the season and they carry a large supply of Kong Toys. As a Pittie Mom and a Lab Mom these are some pretty important toys to have .They are bouldly strong and you can fill them with all kinds of flavors .If you havent tried them you must !! #lovekongtoys ❤#pittielove❤ #lablove❤????????‍????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment for weeks for my dogs vaccinations and they canceled it on the morning of without any warning. Worst customer service skills when I called about this to reschedule was told they cannot do anything to assist me even though I’ve had this appointment for months. Terrible.

Worst grooming experience. Honestly they shaved my dog and claimed since he was a puppy he was mi I g a lot. Yet if you’re professional dog stylist you should be able to know how to work with them. The cut what so bad and choppy. Don’t recommend

So this is a mixed review because this Petco has different departments. I will start with the good then move on to the bad. We have been going to this Petco for the past 2 years we got our puppy earlier this year. We took him here for his pet training if I could give the training a rating it would be 5 out of 5 stars. Dave was wonderful. We buy plenty of items here great selections. Where the score dropped for me was with the grooming if I could give it 0 stars I would. We took our puppy to the groomer and with our previous groomer having canceled prior to our puppy getting neutered his hair was longer and he ended up with some knots. We brought him here and they did mention that they may have to go short. When we got the call to pick up our puppy saying he was ready to our shock they had shaved everything. He's a NewfyPoo his hair makes him look so cute he's very friendly and playful. At least a call to let us know they were gonna shave everything and explaining that it was the only option I would understand. My daughter was almost in tears and my wife was so sad. Our puppy who always looks like he's smiling looked sad. I have to say that I will never bring our boy back for grooming due to this experience. As mentioned everything else in the store was 5 out 5 stars but the grooming gets a fail on our part.

Great staff. No friskies cat food. But lots of healthy food selections. Very clean.

I needed help with the fish, 2 employees walked right past me before 1 young lady asked if I needed help.

I like this store. It's clean and they have a great selection of stock.

I was a bit hesitant to try Petco Training but I signed up and got Dave as our trainer. At first I didn’t know what to expect but I have to say that Dave is extremely knowledgeable and fantastic with dogs. Dave knew exactly what he was doing with my specific dog breed (mini poodle) and made training him so simple and easy. I definitely would recommend Dave to give you helpful hints and tricks to training your pup.

Staff was outstanding and very helpful

I’ve been using the grooming services for my dog for years - however I will be moving on! The last two grooms I had done for my dog were horrendous!!! They didn’t wash him, they barely cut him, and what they cut they butchered !!! Not sure what happened to the good groomers but they need to obtain better trained personal. I don’t even think they have my dog a bath this visit, but they sure did charge me! This is the Petco in Middletown. It’s very very sad????????

You didn’t have the item that I was looking for. I purchased a similar one. We’ll see how it works out. I was told that I can returned the unused portion back for a refund or exchange.

This store is very clean and organized friendly staff help me on every step on getting my betta fish and even tank mates for him ....thanks Petco in Middletown NJ
