All Paws has always taken great care of all of our animals. We have been clients of theirs for four years and have never been dissatisfied and are so glad we found them.

Brought my sick little Guinea pig in on 12/08/21 Everyone employee seemed miserable from the time I was finally able to go in. The Dr. was very bland and uninformative, guessed a million things wrong ,without taking anytime to discuss any details .Told me she would give me a minute to “think about it” , came back with a price list of my choices of , an X ray ,antibiotics which “ may or may not make things worse” , or euthanasia, showed no empathy or compassion. Big or small they are family , and no one wants to see any animal suffer and not even offer, any advice on what the best decision would be , so I tried antibiotics. The girl at the front desk on the way out to pay , Devon I believe her name was , was again absolutely miserable and just seemed so bothered by everything . Next day they called me for a “routine” follow up call. Sadly that same morning my little guy passed away . When I called back and left a message telling them that she passed away , I never heard back since I’ve never had any vet in over 30 years of owning pets of of all kinds and not offer and condolences of any kind at all.

Very kind & care about the furry family member you bring to them. They try to keep costs reasonable by not doing unnecessary stuff. Will definitely come back when needed. Thank you All Paws ????

They are friendly and they showed concern for my cat and the reason for the appointment. I like that they give you an estimate before doing the treatment.

They took amazing care of my Daisy from the first visit up until her last day. I can't wait for them to meet Domino.

I have zero complaints about this business, just pure admiration and the utmost respect for them. They made my doggy’s last moments the most peaceful, calmest, and painless as they possibly could. They guided us through every examination and procedure they did, which a lot of doctors tend to breeze over. Dr. Granato and her technician, which unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to ask what her name was, but both were incredibly compassionate and empathetic. I can tell they truly love what they do by how they handled my case. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. I will also, without a doubt, be bringing back all my furry babies here. I cannot thank you enough, All ????

Our family has been with Dr. Ritter for years, even before she started this practice. She and her team have always been accepting and loving to our array of pets, and they always go above and beyond to care for them (and our family). Any veterinarian will be costly, because what they’re providing is expensive work, yet we have never felt that it was unfair or that the team is pressuring to charge more than they should. I wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.

We been bringing our female pitbull for about 2 years or so... & we all could not be happier that we switched over to All Paws. The staff @ All Paws don't treat her as a stereotype, they treat her with kindness, which she deserves & we respect them for that.. Bella has suffered many years, minus a month here & there, with Chronic Ear Infections. But thanks to the All ???? Veterinarian, she is now able to live each day WITHOUT the constant pain, itchiness & frustration she endured for to long.. Bella is incredibly sweet & would shower anyone with her non-stop kisses of love & happiness. - Thanks Again, All ???? -

I've been taking my dog here for a few years now. Easy to make appointments, they always return phone calls, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently cleaned my dogs teeth and it was a good and caring experience. I recommend them.

It's doesnt matter which vet sees your pet, All Paws Veterinary Clinic's Dr. Granado and Dr Ritter are patient with you and your fur babies and they know their profession. They diagnosed my shorkie's liver shunt and saved her life. These are the vets of CHOICE. Look no further. Did I mention their staff is awesome??

All of the vets are knowledgeable and they have helped me and my pets in various situations. I bring both cats and dogs.

Never got a chance to actually visit their office but based off of how they run their business I don't think I really want to. I've called multiple times in the past to try to get heartworm medicine for my recently adopted puppy but had a lot of difficulty and was given a lot of attitude by the person answering the phone. If they really cared about the animals I wouldn't have to be forced to go in for a check up even after providing them proof that a vet checkup was already done 2 weeks prior to my adoption. The proof also stated that heartworm medicine should be prescribed to my dog, The person answering the phone (sounds like an older woman) may have some issues because once I provided her my name her tone immediately changed to snarky and unfriendly even though I have never met this lady. The reason this place gets 2 stars is because a nicer girl/lady answered and actually tried to resolve the heartworm medicine issue.

Nice vet office. We don't use them any more but it's fine .

Not a good first impression, blood on the floor when we arrived in the room. Veterinarian did not take time to discuss anything but the cost of test. $$$$ Definitely will NOT be returning.

I called to make an appointment for my 9 year dog who has severe anxiety issues, and when I politely tried to ask about if there was any way they could make an exception for me to be able to come in the office with her (due to everything with COVID-19 they aren't allowing owners in with their pets understandably) she cut me off before I even finished my statement and rudely told me "no- you cannot come in the office, no exceptions. Is that clear enough for you?" The only thing that was 'clear enough' to me was to not even bother making an appointment with them. I work in healthcare and know that this virus is definitely means for concern and totally understand if they weren't able to allow me into the office, but my problem was the HORRIBLE customer service on the phone calling as a new patient? Should be a warning for others

Took my dog, Logan, here a couple of months ago due to repetitive grand mal seizures through 4 years that were worsening. My boyfriend and we’re terrified that we were going to lose our fur-child. We bring him in and the nurse examined him first. She was sweet to Logan and very friendly to my boyfriend and I. The doctor came in, asked a bunch of questions, and had some blood work drawn. She sent us home with anti-seizure meds and Logan has been a happy, good boy ever since. Thank you, All Paws!

My kittie Chesters' (emergency) visit with Dr. Ritter today was great! She and her staff are really nice people, and care about your furbabys' wellbeing..
