It's a big place and fully stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and not cluttered.

I went to the store seeking assistance for my dog. The time spent finding out about my pet’s needs and the knowledge Suzee provided was outstanding.

Great place for dog grooming. Our dog seems to love it, and we see him loving it up with the grooming staff.

Its a good store but we got our dogs picture with Santa yesterday and we still never got it, we really liked that picture too.

Hit or miss with cat food. My cats are very picky and the food they like I can't always get it there and have to order it from chewy

Can’t believe I just paid $60 for 2 elk antlers. My own fault but they have some nerve. Antlers go for around $12 on Chewy.

I brought 2 kittens, (4lb) kittens to get there 2nd distemper shot. Dr. Rachel Hack and her inexperienced assistants used a lasso around my kitten's neck to pick her up, the kitten has dental damage and lost 2 teeth from biting the lasso. That is a terrible way to handle a scared little kitten. Never will I recommend there Veterinary services. Heartless!

Super unprofessional. Booked and confirmed my dogs appt and they cancelled me the day of and then gave me an attitude and acted like it was my fault because I didn’t answer the phone sooner.

It is genuinely difficult to shop with that abomination of a for trainer in class. Her information, technique, and explaining skills are lackluster. Seeing hopefully.owners getting frustrated among the aisle ways is difficult. If you see this and we're considering signing up for training because it's cheap, don't. You'll have to pay another trainer to fix what she's ruined. I can't believe they pass that off as dog training.

Jo-Anne Entrikin is an amazing trainer. And we humans have learned so much from her. Our dog Sammy loved beginner class and is eager to start intermediate. I'm really thankful for the new Stress-less class, training we need to help our boy . Thank you Jo-Anne!

Jo-Anne is awesome. Very accommodating with scheduling of missed days so you get your time in! Knowledgeable and patient. We had a great time in class and learned a lot.
