Incredible caring and professionalism. Starts at the front desk and spreads to the techs and of course Dr. Smith...she is an angel! Dr. Smith helped me at 11pm to get my cat quickly treated at RBVHS for a suspected blockage. He was blocked. Her advise saved his life!

Can I give 10 + stars??? Dr. Smith, & the entire staff at Parker Creek Veterinary are beyond amazing. Where most vet visits are sitting around to get 10 or 12 minutes with the vet, they come in, and make you feel as if your pet is the only one on the planet, and give them their undivided attention. They listen, they care, the ask questions, but in a conversational tone that is both calming and reassuring. Interacting with your pet feels as if it's just a play visit, getting on the floor with them, yet all the time observing and gathering important information. They have saved one of our pets, the lovingly and compationatly assisted us with the difficult decision of ending the suffering of another pet, and with a third, helped come up with a treatment plan, all the while as if they were making decisions about their loved one, like being a part of the family. Your pets should all be treated like this and can't imagine being anywhere different.

Best vet (and staff ????) ever. Dr. Smith is the kindest and most compassionate vet I have met. I can't thank Parker Creek enough for helping me and my cat Carbs in his last hours. They made sure he was comfortable and loved until the very end. They care about the pet first and foremost. It's amazing to see that loving people still exist.

First time visiting Parker Creek with @carleythecorgi (instagram). I have to say, I wish all dogtors were like Dr. Smith. She was happy to listen and provide guidance for my 4 month old pup, and I couldn't be more grateful for a professional and competent veterinarian in the area. The rest of the team were friendly and welcoming even with the COVID guidelines in place. First impressions matter most, and I would highly recommend over the other options in Eastern Monmouth County.

Very sympathetic people. They were so gentle with my cat that I had to put down. They were very caring also. I definitely recommend them.

I have used a number of Vets for my dogs over the past 20 years. Only two of them have been outstanding. One of them is Dr. Marsha Smith. She is everything my dogs' vet should be!

I saw all the positive reviews which led me to this office, a regret I will live with forever. The doctor is very kind but the absolute chaos and disorganization of this clinic led to a very tragic ending mainly due to the lack of focus: The vet was very distracted that day, we were there for MANY HOURS (no other pets came in after us) as she kept disappearing into the back and stopped to chat with people who came by even without pets to talk to her. The tech whom people refer to in the reviews never entered the room, was busy sweeping and answering the phones, that's the entire staff. I made the mistake of going home to get my other sick cat to bring in and trusted them to care for my cat but something went very wrong at some point, either a bad reaction to the meds or the anesthesia. RIght after giving my cat the convenia she was put, still very drowsy, back into her crate and likely passed away immediately. I realize now she should have been monitored for at least a few minutes after the antibiotic. That was my experience. This cat had a mild UTI, my other cat was much sicker so I also blame myself for not paying more attention after the shot and allowing them to anesthesize her while I went home to get the other cat. Apparently they had to give her more anesthesia after the initial dose which was ironic since I chose this vet since I was told she was good with ferals and used minimal sedation and honestly, this was a cat I could pet and hold, calmer than most.

Dr. Smith and her staff are amazing people who care deeply about animals. They are very informative and take the time to evaluate what is best for the animal and family. It's reassuring and comforting to know that caring compassionate vets like Dr. Smith and her staff still exists. I highly recommend her and this facility to anyone with a fur baby.

Doctor Smith is amazing and so is her staff. They take their time and truly care for your pet. My Minnie loves them!!

My dog is very difficult but Dr Smith and her staff are able to deal with him, even after he tried to bite Dr Smith. She takes her time to understand the problem and offers multiple solutions. She and her staff are professionals.

Marsha Smith is a hands on Vet. Takes as much time as you need to review your pets history and any medical concerns. Have an Amstaff who has undiagnosed medical issues. Started working with her and appreciate her approach and dedication in working with animals.

Dr. Smith was absolutely wonderful. I have never been to a veterinarian that was as thorough as she. They were able to get me in the same day by staying late and made it seem as though they (she and her staff) were more than happy to stay. The tech and Dr. Smith were just great with our dog and us without ever seeming rushed. She explained everything we needed to know about our new rescue and the vaccinations that were and were not needed and why and also the medications she needed. I’m sorry I didn’t know about her when we had our other dog. Her 5 star rating is exactly what it should be.

Dr Smith is the last of the old fashioned veterinarian. Just like James Harriot from the book "All Creatures, Great and Small" she gives knowledge, service and care with compassion and concern. If you want "real" interaction the old fashioned way for your pet, then Dr Smith is the real deal.

This is one of the best Vets around. I would not take my dogs to anyone else.

Even though my visits to the vet always involve a sick animal, the experience never feels bad. Dr. Smith and the staff are exactly what you need when you are worried about a pet. They are the opposite of the impersonal interactions we all experience daily. Dr. Smith is so loving and knowledgeable and is never in a rush to judgment. She is one of the most calm and caring that I have ever known. Equally, the staff are amazing, from the very first phone calls to the personal attention you receive at the Parker Creek Veterinary Hospital .

Brought in my 4 year old cat who hasn't seen a vet in years, typically nervous at a vet but was at ease with Dr. Smith. Also recently purchased a Havanese that was shipped over from Kentucky beginning of July and had him checked out just to ensure I did not receive a sick puppy. Dr. Smith gave him a clean bill of health and answered all questions for this first time dog owner. Would recommend to anyone
