Went with a friend and they took excellent care of her dog. They were very attentive listening to her concerns and gave specific answers. If I ever have another dog I would take it there.

Dr. Peltier & Dr. Vogel have both been amazing. Their care and love for your pets is unlike anything I've ever encountered at any other vet. I wish I had found them sooner. All the vet techs are also extremely friendly & just as amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!!

They are amazing from the phone call to the check out. Both doctors are amazing. They are caring kind and so concerned. All the technicians are so nice. This is a place where your pet can get the best care and you can afford to take care of what you need. I LOVE THEM

I've been bringinh my pets here since I moved to Jackson, 29 years ago. The vets and technicians are very professional and kind hearted. My pets feel right at home when going there because they pet and comfort pets so well before they examine them. My pets love the baby talk which seems to melt their fears away.

Knowledge, skill, caring, compassion, communication and a genuine love of animals. That combination is what makes a veterinary practice outstanding. That also describes everyone I've encountered at JVH. I'm thrilled that my little dog has such a wonderful support system and love how happy and relaxed he is with them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My dogs love this place. We've been going here for years. The doctors are so nice and friendly the nurses are so friendly as well. I will continue bring them my pets here forever.

The doctor is amazing and helpful but the feont desk clerk seems to always have an attitude like we are bugging her. My bad ma'am but its your job.

Drs Peltier, Vogel and their entire staff are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, caring and loving folks in the business. We took our beloved dogs to them from 2004 until we moved out of state in 2019. The staff always accommodated us for appointments and also the occasional emergency visit. Our dogs were always treated like family and when it was time for them to cross the rainbow bridge, each staff member was compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend to give them your business and trust them with your furbaby.

Very happy. So I've been bringing my pup here for about a year. Everyone is great . I've had no issues with the quality of service or the professionalism of the staff. They're treated my dog with all his shots , and also of come in with conjunctivitis and a stomach/bowl issue. They've always taken care of the problems and were very caring and courteous.

Called to make an appointment to have our german Shepherd spayed. To go back in time, I called a few months ago and I was told , doc on maternity leave , call in spring to set something up before her next heat. So I do; same lady, “Jean” now tells me they aren’t scheduling anything due to the pandemic . We lost my husband in the house 3 weeks ago, not only are we grieving but the dog is too, Joe was the one Teddy picked. Don’t worry Jean I’ll keep calling back every month to find out when you’ll be scheduling surgeries in between calling the funeral parlors to schedule the memorial and everything else a grieving widow does. By the way, you were curt with Joe when he brought teddy in for puppy shots , don’t Know why I continued giving you guys my money. Ha
