We've been using Trusty Tails for over 2 years now and they've consistently provided great service. Super responsive and do their best to a finder a walker(s) well suited to your pet. Ask for Zoewy, she's great.

Trusty Tails has been walking our furbaby, Dougal 3x a week for about two months now and they have been professional and flexible every step of the way! On-boarding was a cinch and we were able to get started right away. Dougal loves his walks with Javier and comes back exhausted! Which is exactly what he needs. We love that Dougal gets long walks and even play time in dog parks (when they’re empty). And seeing how happy Dougal is every time Javier arrives proves that Trusty Tails was a perfect fit for us.

I can't say enough about the people at Trusty Tails, if I could give 10 stars I would. They bring a combination of professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and flexibility that is unmatched. We were very nervous about leaving our new pup, but the people at Trusy Tails put us at ease. Whenever we have questions we hear back immediately, need to change something they are incredibly accommodating. The amazing people who come to be with our pup are attentive and treat our dog like a queen. They really seem to love what they do and it shows. I could never imagine using anyone else.

Booking appointments is unpredictable. Making last minute appointments is next to impossible and you have to call, text and email different people to ensure you get in touch with Trusty Tails appointment setting. I'm tired of getting calls and emails asking (begging) for reviews. I've told them before you're not going to get a good review from me but I continue to receive emails, like the one I received today asking for a review even after I've asked to be removed from their distribution list. "Hi Stephen, It would mean the world to us if you could write a review on Google. It's one of the best ways we have of getting new customers. All you have to do is click this link." Well, here you go...your business is terrible. I haven't used your services in ages because there was zero consistency with how you book business and your website needs improvements. Walkers have a high employment turnover and I've had more than one walker ask me to hire them personally instead of through the Trusty Tails website because Trusty Tails only pays them a small portion of what they charge me for. I don't care! Issues I don't need to get caught up in and all issues I've shared with the business in the past. Trusty Tails - if someone asks you to leave them alone because they don't want to leave a review, knowing it will be negative, don't be a nuisance and endlessly ask for their feedback. Take note and pay attention to the details.

Fantastic care for your dog or cat babies. Highly recommended, I cannot say enough positive things about Trusty Tails.

Trusty tails is honest, responsive, trustworthy, and get the job done. I have 2 cats and use them for daily service when I’m out of town. The website is easy to use for booking and super convenient for people like me who prefer to talk to my cats vs humans ????

Very reliable service. I was looking for a dog walker that I can call last minute and adapt quickly to my changing schedule and Trusty Tails did just that. They were also able to carry my dog up and down our 3rd floor walkup after he had back surgery! We really loved the Pet Journals after every walk and it was clear that the walkers took great care of our Frenchie. Great service!

I have used Trusty Tails for my cat several times. They keep track of their visits thoroughly and document everything from how much he ate to his behavior. They’re quick to respond to questions and incredibly professional (while still being true animal lovers). I will definitely be using them again.

Trusty tails has been amazing for our pets! They go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. My dog got sick while we were away and they kept us updated and even added a 3rd daily visit to make sure he was okay. Their staff is caring, kind, and professional and we are so happy to have them care for our pets.

They were careful and caring to our dying cat, and treated her with love and attention. Everyday we received news of exactly how she was doing, and photos of every step of the care regimen.

Trusty Tails is a great and professional service that cared for my cats when I was away on vacation. Ann was like a second mother to them and they adored her. She went above an beyond when one of my cats was sick when I was away and even took my cat to the emergency room.

My yorkie loves his new dog walkers! We get many photos during each service and I can tell by his body language and expression he is very comfortable and happy with them. Previously when we were out of town our dog would be depressed and wouldn’t eat, he used to lose weight with every vacation we took. With Trusty Tails he has actually gained weight! Plus our dog is very quirky and they are great with his many idiosyncrasies.

I highly recommend Trusty Tails! I have been a customer for a year and have had a wonderful experience. They have taken care of my beloved cats on several occasions when I am out of town. Each time they visit, I receive pictures and updates on how the cats are doing. They follow my instructions and I have never had any issues. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

I am very happy with the vacation coverage from Trusty Tails. The website makes it easy to book, the service includes Mail and plants and the communication and pictures are what I want. They are good with the cats and very clean. It’s soooo much better than the neighbors kid.

Trusty Tails Pet Care is amazing! I really appreciate the detailed pet care journals I receive after each walk. Their website is easy to use and I love how responsive they are. I do wish they would have pricing on their website for me to reference.

I've "trusted" trusty tails (pun intended) for about 3 years now! We've had a couple of walkers, but now seem consistent with Emily and she is wonderful with Henry! They're always flexible with me too which I appreciate because sometimes I work from home and occasionally (i try not to) have to cancel last minute! Henry isn't the easiest to walk, so all the credit in the world for her patience. Even when Emily is not able to be Henry's walker for the day, there's never a misstep with any of the others - everybody always treats Henry like a king - which is all you can ask for from a dog walker! At first I was a really overprotective dad - now I am comfortable with trusty tails and all their employees. Thanks for everything - Henry & me.

Great customer service for me and my dog! You know your walker is good when you're working from home, the walker shows up, and your dog runs to the door excitedly without a second glance at mom. It's such a relief knowing my pup is getting taken care of on her daily midday walks, and that I can chat with my walker about any updates or special requests as needed.
