It was the first time my puppy went for grooming and he came back super cute and very happy. Will always come back!

They took absolute care with my little Ms.Sparkle and did a great job.

LOVE this place! Kim is absolutely the best! My two puppies have no hesitation going with her each & every time and always look amazing! I never think twice or worry about them each time I drop them off. Would 100% recommend Kim & there whole staff to everyone!

Head to Tails is the best place you could ever take your pet. Everyone is friendly and loving and wonderful, and they treat your pet like their own. My puppy always comes home looking healthy and happy and beautiful. I would 110% never take my dog anywhere else!

They have always taken care of our dogs even after moving twice we still bring them here.

if i could i would give negative stars - rude staff on the phone; inflexible with schedules; a lot of attitude when asked if they worked on the holiday. also are always incapable of cutting or filing my dogs nails yet every other groomer has no problem. Will be taking my dog to best friends from now on. Staff definitely needs customer service training.

I have a 6 pound chihuahua who is not a fan of being social. David and his staff were patient and communicated with me that my dog was too stressed to groom the first day I took him. I greatly appreciated this honest communication. We made a plan together and the next morning Marty was in and out within an hour, not overly stressed and cute as a button with his cut! You can feel good about taking your pet to this place, no doubt.

Great experience. Staff was very nice, and my anxious dog took to them immediately. I've only brought my two dogs here ever since.
