PetSmart Hamilton, New Jersey

Staff knows what they are talking about. After trying a few foods including blue Buffalo, my dog wasn't eating enough of her food. The Staff member who worked in the dog food section talked with us about what we were experiencing. Soon after she took us over to a food she recommended. We bought it and our dog is back to eating. Have also bought fish from here and the Staff were amazing.

Items on sale never posted on store shelves. You always have to mention the sale and show it on your phone, ridiculous. Gives the message, if you can't afford not to care how much you spend you don't belong in this store and if you are on a budget you have to go through hoops to get the price we advertised.

Friendly staff. Do the their best to provide excellent service

DON’T BRING YOUR DOG’S HERE !!!!!!!!!! They rescheduled my appointment twice because the staff want’s to say that my dog behavior is bad . That’s not the case . They are all scared of dogs that go in there . The manager Arron doesn’t do anything to accommodate . They have given my dog to me all WET !!! They are quick to call about my dog behavior but NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES . My dog is a German shepherd still a puppy and they want to say he’s big and wants to go to other dogs . They get all different types of dogs bigger than mine so that’s an excuse. I recommend you guys taking your dog’s to the other PetSmart in Princeton. They are way much nicer and treat the dogs better .

I’ve never had a bad experience here. For the shortage of product we’ve been experience lately they still have a huge selection. I have a petco 7 minutes down the road from me and I would rather take the 25 minutes to drive here to either shop or place an order. As a retail manager, Management must be doing something right at this store because the staff is always helpful and friendly. Thanks guys!

They need more help, I waited 20 min for crickets.

There is normally only one register open whenever I go during the weekend. I might be extremely unlucky and get their while they go on break. Lines can get a little long but they've always been really nice about accepting online coupons and price matching their website.

I went in for a new tank filter and the staff was very helpful in the process of deciding which filter I should buy as well as helping me learn about bubbler and plant options.

Only one cashier, but had his long line moving at a decent pace.

Had to return a pack of doggie diapers as my girl passed away right after I got them ????. They are very professional and caring.

Took my pup here for a quick check up. They were able to get us in within 2 days. The took great care of my girl.

WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG BACK HERE AGAIN!!! The guy who was going to groom my dog was so rude and unfriendly. Didn’t do anything to make my dog comfortable /not scared. He went to go grab my dog and she snapped DIDN'T BITE HIM AT ALL!! And he goes sorry can’t do her today . Worst experience and a waste of my time. They need to check who the are hiring everyone in their was rude and talking poorly about other dogs while I was in there.

Absolutely love this location, always a positive energy in the building. I have been bringing my dogs here for grooming for many years. These wonderful groomers were willing to take on my first dog who was extremely aggressive and a tough cookie and now take care of my two little girls. I am grateful for these wonderful individuals coming in each day risking their health mentally, emotionally, physically to take care of our four legged loved ones. You can see each groomer truly loves what they do and treats each dog like their own. Y'all writing negative stuff on here just sound like a bunch of negligent pet parents who should not be allowed to own dogs and just looking to blame others for your lack of care and get anything for free. Shame on you. Bravo to you groomers!!!

We had our dog groomed at the Hamilton Marketplace location for the first time last weekend and he has been a nightmare since - aggressive to other dogs, a very noticeable regression with regards to jumping and nipping at people. We won't be back and cannot recommend anyone else brings their dog here after our disastrous experience.

Brought two dogs to be groomed and was then told we needed proff of rabies vaccine.

This petsmart has always been horrible when it comes to customer service. I keep coming back thinking it will change and it do we doesnt.

Loved this place did all my research before i went here to purchase fish and a tank. No lie super amazing experience. Ask for Frank if your buying fish. My only problem was the dog class they was having ???? it was hard on the ears but i got past that because they had everything i was looking for! #PlanetFishness brought me here!!!
