2020 - Dear Dr. Rew, you and your staff are EXCEPTIONAL! Every time I leave your office I have a big smile on my face. Simply put, I LOVE YOU! Oliver (& family) 2021 - We are not allowed to leave multiple reviews for the same business, so I will do an update... Last Friday, a technician did a poor job at trimming my boy's nails - Oliver. He is 11 years old, with a long history of seizures, and very sensitive. And he is also very strong and reacts wildly at nail trimming, so it's really tricky to handle him. So, I made an appointment with Dr. Rew, which was today. I am amazed how she does it, but Oliver came out just perfect! All nails nicely trimmed, no hurting legs and no limping, like what happened last Friday. Thank you, Dr Rew! We are with you for 8 years, but you still amaze us how skilled and good with animals you are!

As founder/director of a non-profit cat rescue organization helping hundreds of abandoned cats yearly, we need and rely on responsive, cost- effective, good veterinary care to save lives. Dr. Sue Rew has been there for us for twelve years, performing weekly spay/neuter surgeries, wellness care, and critical emergency response. She is a compassionate, caring vet. She and her staff have been committed to helping rescue, taking on some of the saddest, neglected, abused cats and kittens, saving many lives. Her conservative, no-nonsense approach to care,not doing unnecessary testing/procedures is appreciated and allows us to save more lives. An insinuation made in another review that she would take advantage of a rescue organization could not be farther from the truth. Her discounted services, no fees charged for overnight stays, are pretty much unheard of these days, and we very much appreciate her help and support. Dr. Rew and her staff even host an annual golf tournament to raise funds for our rescue. On a personal note, as a rescuer of senior dogs, Dr. Rew has provided excellent care for my dogs over the past years. Without hesitation, I recommend this veterinary practice for your pets needs.

Dr. Rew saved my dog. She was exceptionally caring during a difficult time for us. She offered us the best medicine we could afford and our baby is still here today because of her and her wonderful staff.

Revise after owner reply: I did not ask for a quick fix, I asked for something that would help me until the long term solution was resolved. Vet was too busy shoving referrals down my throat, and telling me to work from home without knowing my job to assist me.

Way too expensive. They wanted 750$ to pull my cats tooth. This place is a rip off! Humane Society is much cheaper and better.

Easy to find with great ingress and egress. Very friendly and Dr. Rew was excellent. She even called a few days later to see how our pet was doing. Highly recommend.

Had appointment yesterday arrived & sat in my vehicle for over 45 minutes, called and they stated it would be awhile ( not the first time). I too have a job & other commitments ..very disappointed

This is in response to Kimberly Ramos-Paller's review. Unfortunately, you are only telling half of the story. We explained the physical exam findings and recommended the medication prescribed. We explained the pros and cons of using the medication and you approved us dispensing the medication. The price of the medication was on your invoice. If finances were an issue then you are responsible for indicating that to us and asking for alternatives. We explained that the medication works in 80% of dogs but there is 20% where it does not work. Federal law prohibits returning medication once dispensed. Would you want recycled medication? When you called to say the medication was not working we offered several alternatives but you were just insistent on returning the medication. We are sorry that your experience was less than favorable and are happy to give you assistance in transferring to a new doctor.

Changing vets!! Took my dog there to have her ears checked. Paid my bill. Got home looked at the bill and was charged 69.00 for allegedly meds. Was never told how much they would be. So I called to see if I could return them and was told no. She said once they leave the office they can't take them back. So I am changing vets

I could go on and on about how amazing Dr. Rew and her staff are. Dr. Rew has been our vet for 5 years now. This past week we had an emergency situation with our dog, one that started on a Sunday when she was closed. Monday morning we spoke to her and immediately she eased our fears and came up with a clear game plan. She is calm, clear, knowledgeable and always has an answer. She truly is just SO good at what she does. She saved our dogs life and she is in this profession because she genuinely loves animals. She charged us a third of what a local animal hospital would have. There are few like Dr Rew and we are so thankful for her ❤️

Worst veterinarian I ever encountered! Rude, condescending, did not want to further research on y dog, oh did I mention rude?I could go on and on but not enough room! Too bad I have to add a star in order to post, because it doesn't deserve it!!

First time at this vet and we had a great experience. Will definitely be back with my dog if there are any medical issues.

Hands down the only place we'll ever go for as long as we can. Dr. Sue cared for our Bullet as if he was one of her own and THAT you can't find just anywhere ????

Dr. Sue Rew & staff are excellent. They took very good care of my baby girl Bella right up until the end. I definitely recommend going to her.
