If I could give NO stars I would!!! I called to make an apt for my cat and was told that due to it being so long not coming I was terminated as a patient and Was they aren’t taking any new patients. I was then questioned if I had been to another vet when I explained why I was wanting to come in and was informed that even though I had seen Denise before in the past I would be new and they aren’t taking any new and she won’t Budge. I was also informed that they are mandating vaccination status and was told doing a negative test wasn’t sufficient. I feel my pets health is not even a concern. What I remember the office being is NOTHING what it is now. She did have compassion for animals. Not any more. I have recommend NUMEROUS patients to the office and I am Shocked at the attitude over the phone. I will not recommend this place and will NEVER go back.

My dog is having breathing issues so I called them and immediately they answered the phone with we are not taking any new patients before I could say a word... very unprofessional

I have been bringing in my dog to Healing Paws for two years now, they are very unprofessional and rude especially Susan. I brought my dog in with an ear infection they treated her but when the infection came back in two weeks while I was away I gave the office a call and they did not want to help me they could not offer me with any other at home treatments or over the counter medication I can use. I was away and I didn't want to see a different vet so I thought it would be best to give healing paws a call when i did Susan was very rude over the phone and hung up twice. only thing they could offer for us was an in office visit for 4 days from when I called. shows the office works for money and not their patients. I am very disappointed and upset about the service and how we where treated.

Dr Mulry and her entire staff are beyond wonderful! We have been taking our dog to Healing Paws for years. She and the staff have all become friends to us. We couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, friendly, and professional atmosphere. Dr. Mulry saved our dog’s life on numerous occasions, guided us to the exact specialists we needed, and lovingly cared for our fur baby through the years. Caring and friendly staff, and doctor. Very attentive to the pets needs. The only downside to this office is they are not equipped for major emergency situations. Perfect office for routine medical checks, and non emergency situations.

Dr. Mulry is the only one I trust with my dog. She wants the best for my pet. Thorough, kind, and affordable! Highly recommend.

Dr. Mulry and her staff are outstanding, caring, wonderful. My GSD has had bad experiences with other veterinarians and this has lead him to become very nervous and anxious at vet visits. When my GSD has an appointment at her office they always create a stress free environment and meet him where he is at. They go above and beyond for him.

Dr.Mulry and her staff are amazing. The are both knowledgeable and personable. They treated my Cavalier through healthy times and were with me when it came time for me to let by buddy go over the “Rainbow Bridge”. I would only recommend Healing Paws Veterinary.

Knowing this doctor came from the Maywood Vet and was trained by the owner of the Maywood Vet who is phenomenal I made an appointment for one of my dogs. Running late at work I had to reschedule my appointment one or two times and I took the time to call them to reschedule and make sure they knew I was running late which they have no tolerance for and suggested I reschedule. Second time I went to reschedule they said I’m sorry but Dr.Mulray doesn’t like when people reschedule and I’m sorry we don’t want to set an appointment for you in the future - What? Yes these are the doctors rules and she picks and chooses who she wants to see and has no tolerance for rescheduling. Also now with the pandemic she doesn’t want to see any new patients. I never review businesses however I think it’s hideous that she picks and chooses who she wants to serve and the rest get punished for many different reasons. It’s a shame that she is such a talented vet yet she has no sense of customer service or compassion. Sorry doc but you should remember where you came from and who trained you to get where you are today. Kindness and being humble goes a long way. Saying that these are your rules and picking and choosing who you service is probably not very smart.

Knowledgeable caring staff, low stress handling certified. They are great with my dogs, one of whom is very scared of strangers.

Dr. Mulry and her team has been caring for my crew for almost a decade. She is kind, compassionate and trustworthy, truly a one of a kind veterinarian who clearly cares for her patients and the humans associated with them. Her staff are helpful and considerate and they are always gentle with my fearful senior dogs. The team has adjusted the environment to make my dogs feel comfortable, they provide low stress handling and the entire team always goes out of their way to help at every impasse. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experiences at Healing Paws and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Dr. Mulry and staff are amazing. This is are 3rd year we have been working with Dr. Mulry and her staff. They have been patient and accommodating when working with Gorazo and his behavioral health conditions. In the beginning we did not know where to go and how to help Gorazo. Dr. Mulry and staff has made Gorazo feel comfortable in their office. I’m so grateful for their support.

Hands down, the most caring, organized (IT system and Physical Office) attentive, compassionate and responsive veterinary care office, I've ever experienced. I am so grateful for all the follow-up reminders and continuous compassion the entire staff has extended to me and my animals. Thank you so much for the quality of your directions, responsiveness and care. My 17 year old cat and I are grateful you supported us in his health and through his peaceful passing. My dogs love your office and am so grateful for the genuine love you extend to them.

I inherited my daughter's Irish terrier 3 years ago when she and her husband moved out of the country. A friend recommended Healing Paws as we had no experience with vets. So grateful we took her advice. Dr. Mulry and her staff are fantastic. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. When Hitchens was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, Dr. Mulry did an excellent job removing his tumor and recommended an oncologist who is equally concerned about Hitchens well being. The follow up care at Healing Paws has helped to make this difficult time run a little more smoothly. A wonderful practice.
