The staff are so sweet and my dog loves coming here for daycare. The prices are great for this area! No res needed for regular daycare.

Our pup loves it here. We love that we can see her on the camera. We often see the loving relationship staff have with her and the other campers. We’re grateful to have a happy place we trust and that takes great care of our dog.

We love Camp Bow Wow and all their staff. It's a fantastic place to bring our dog Primo. The facility is huge, offering multiple play areas for all the "guests" to roam and play both indoors and out. When we leave him for a full day they make sure all the dogs have time to rest after eating before going back for more play time, the individual rooms are of ample size for any dog, and when we took our tour you could see they take a lot of pride in keeping the place very clean. They make sure all shots are up to date before taking anyone in and the staff is super nice and always watching over the dogs, so we know he'll be safe. Plus the live doggie cams let me check in whenever I need. In addition to the day care aspect, they also offer overnight boarding and grooming as well. They have a small shop in the front where they stock treats, food, leashes, collars, and other high quality items for your pet. We couldn't be happier with Camp Bow Wow and the piece of mind it gives us when we leave our Primo.

I feel comfortable leaving Iris at Camp while I can take care of things. She can run around and socialize with other dogs while being supervised in a large safe space. It's so convenient and a terrific concept.

They were amazing! I was so nervous to leave my dog. First time mom :) They were so professional and caring and she loved it. Came home so tired and cant wait to go back. Would highly recommend.

My very nervous dog was greeted kindly which made me feel better about leaving her there. When I checked the camera the next day, I saw that she was being given attention and getting petted.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and took all of my dog's needs into consideration when watching him. The facility is always clean and well maintained.

too many dogs in a small room, friendly staff but not sure if trained to deal with so many dogs at once , I'm not going to embarrassed this facility here but if the owner wants to talk to me about my experience in a more detail way he or she is more than welcome to contact me I will explain everything that when down and how bad this facility is good luck to all the others dogs .

My dogs come home happy and tired! 9+ years and I feel at ease when they are in their care. No other place compares.

DONT GO HERE. Very rude associate. Unprofessional attitude as many have complained about. Do yourself favor and take your pet some better place. Extremely unprofessional.

Everyone who considers dog day care and on boarding should take them here! Staff here are nice and responsible, my dog has been here all the time and they take care of him. Every time he has a looooot of fun!

They are rude and said that my puppy attacked theirs when she never harmed any animal in her whole life. They were huge dogs barking at my little puppy. They denied my princess. Do not recommend this place

I am new to "doggie camp" and am extremely pleased with Camp Bow Wow. The camp is exactly what my dog needed for extra stimulation and play time with "dogs his same size." The staff is well trained, professional and kind to the dogs. The facility is spotless and every precaution has been taken to keep the dogs safe and in a clean environment. I would highly recommed Camp Bow Wow - Elmwood Park for your dog's enrichment.

My dog is Lucas, this place is amazing , Lucas is a good dog but I was so frighten to leave him since he is very anxious . Roman and all his team got Lucas to feel happy to go , I knew he will get well taken care. I move to Wyckoff, little far but will take Lucas back he is missing his friends!!! All the team guided by Roman are very professional and can help you if you have any problem with your dog they will do anything to help . Very honest . Highly recommend the Elwood facility. Been taking my dog there for almost 7 years now, 5 days a week. She loves it and will not let me take her anywhere else even if I tried. She comes home tired and loves everyone there.

Terrible service and experience! I wish I could give a "0" star overall. We left our poor baby "boxer" 6 months old here last week and he had such a horrible time. They starved him for a whole day because they did not followed the feeding instructions properly and once the food was done , they did not call the emergency contact to let us know, which is absolutely unacceptable!!!! When we got there, they were two employees and one of them was extremely rude and making every excuse in their books trying to convince us that they tried to call us, when in fact neither my husband or I nor our emergency contact got a call. I understand it could happen if you call one phone but all 3 phones that's almost impossible to not get through someone to inform us about the situation. The gentlemen which was not a gentleman at all was not showing any empathy toward our concerns so we decided to not continue the conversation with him and just asked for a manager phone number or email so that we could talk and discuss our concerns. We got the number for an alleged corporate contact but just before we were about to head out we noticed our dog had a huge scratch on a big area missing hair on his neck. He also had a cut on his right ear, all things indicate our dog had been involved in some sort of fight and we were not informed over the phone nor in person when we picked him up. When we asked about what happened they said is just a "hot spot" that he has!! But even if it was a hot spot they were about to let us leave without communicating it to us. We are now checking with our vet to confirm what it is, and they suspect he may be healing from a scratch or bite by another dog. We have had great experience in the past with Camp Bow Wow in South Carolina/North Carolina were we live. But this location in Elmwood Park, NJ was Unbelievable, very upsetting experience and would not recommend this location at all for any of your pets

We live 30 minutes away in Edgewater, but when we need to board our dog Somi, we come here even though there are many boarding options closer to us! Checking in with the live cams any time of day keeps us from being worried and have peace of mind while we are away. Somi is always very happy and all of the employees we have seen and spoken with have been awesome! They ACTIVELY watch the dogs. They aren’t on their phones, they aren’t doing other things, and they clean up pee and poop immediately. Somi is a very easy going and a quite submissive dog. Knowing that all the dogs there go through the interview process also assures me that they will all be friendly and not aggressive. Thank you Camp Bow Wow and we will definitely be continuing clients!!!

We dropped off our lovely soon to be 8 month old puppy Ash for day and overnight services and we are extremely pleased with the experience. They clearly take great care of your dog, and I believe he even looks forward to going to see his friends there! We will continue to take him there and are so happy we found them!

Our dog is always eager to get inside Camp Bow Wow when we arrive in the parking lot. He clearly has positive memories and is looking forward to being with the other dogs. Upon entering the building, the staff know him and greet him by name and he responds as if greeting old friends! We appreciate the strict guidelines on vaccinations, the testing of dogs before they are able to attend, and the cleanliness. We feel all of these measures keep our dog safe. When we pick him up, he is tired, but happy, after a full day of play.

I visited multiple ( at least 8) doggy day camps and Camp Bow Wow was by far the most professional. They are a chain and clearly adhere to safety, and run the program with high standards. My 5 month old golden doodle is never unsupervised . They separate the dogs by size and have a indoor and outdoor run. The best part is I can watch my dog all day with the doggy cams and see first hand how well the staff treats him, and supervises the dogs closely. I utilize the day care only so far and have been extremely pleased. It was slightly further from our home then others I visited , however certainly worth the confidence we feel dropping him off. He runs in eagerly on every visit!
