I got my cat an appointment around Christmas time last minute! They came out to my car, got my cat and brought him back when he was done. They called my phone multiple times during the appointment to keep me updated. They are more expensive than a lot of other vets, but you get what you pay for! They genuinely love and care about each individual pet. Love this place❤

Been here a couple times with my dog, never really had an issue. Called today because my dog is sick and got put on hold twice before I even got to speak with anyone. Then, after holding for 11mins (don’t really have many options) lady tells me she can’t see me until next week. Thanks for being reliable after spending so much money with you guys.

10/29/21 - Update. Unfortunately having to change my review. Brought my cats in for flea treatment and deworm. I have completed the flea treatment but the deworm I was told the office gave my cats and charged me for never worked. When I emailed them about my concerns, I was told by some tech that their last fecal tested neg for worms. I'd really like to know how that is when we only ever gave one sample that was positive. And when I asked to be emailed back as I can't accept calls at work, I'm told my initial email was deleted. So anything at the office can be deleted on a whim according to what the nasty techs think is needed or relevant? Shouldn't records he kept until the issue is resolved? The staff here is garbage from the last time I experienced interaction with them. I don't want my animals going here especially when I'm not allowed to go back with them to even see what they're doing. Very suspicious. Very friendly staff. Affordable prices. Easy to make an appointment. Just the wait time is excessive. Sat in the lobby for over an hour before my pet was taken back for their vaccinations.

DO NOT USE THIS VET, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I took my dog here for an ear infection and routine blood test. They charged me $775.00. That is an astronomical charge for simple veterinary services!

I have been coming to Shore Vets North for over twenty years. They have taken care of my pets and my daughter's pets (dogs, cats and a guinea pig) and have seen us through the deaths of pets with concern and compassion. They provided emergency care and referred me to specialists when necessary. All and all, I am grateful for the care they are now providing to my dog, Coal, who is now a geriatric patient.

We switched to Shore Veterinarians in EHT when our long time vet couldn’t see my daughter’s Sheltie in 2020 due to covid-19 restrictions. Shore Veterinarians was closer and has convenient hours. Like yesterday, my daughter’s Sheltie puppy ate a large piece of felt. They were able to see her right away to induce vomiting for her to remove the fabric from her stomach before it caused a blockage. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Very covid friendly, text when you're there and spot and all handled very efficiently. Our tech was a little short but the vet was extremely kind and took time to answer any silly questions I had.

Very trusting place, they won't try to over charge you because they know people will pay big to help their pets. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet.

Very kind caring place took very good care of my kitten. Other place wasn't taking new pet on. They are also opened on Sundays and you can go inside and wait. Highly recommend..

I have been a patron of Shore Vets in the past with our dog Dexter. They came through for me with Dexter and now with our new addition Tiger Lily. I needed there assistance immediately and they came through I currently am using a vet closer to home but I will be changing back to Shore. Thanks fir being there for us

My dog has been going to this vet since we rescued him 5 years ago. He kennels there and we take him there regularly for his checkups and shots. Needless to say, a good amount of money has been spent over the years. He has skin issues which the doctor is well aware of because he goes every couple of times a year to get a shot to help relieve him from itching and biting himself raw. We called to see if we could run him in for what is usually a 10 minute time slot for this shot and all of the sudden the are unable to accommodate him because of “new rules” MONICA was very rude and very unhelpful on the phone. She wouldn’t give any reasoning behind these new rules and while I understand things change she offered no explication and no want to find out of the reasons behind the change which was what I asked her to do. There was no compassion shown for my dog who hasn’t slept in days because his skin is itchy. What is normally a nice and easy and pleasant experience was turned totally sideways by the inconsistency and lack of compassion by their rude employee. After asking her to pass on a message and call back with some sort of explanation she acted like it wasn’t her problem. Very very disappointing.

The girls at front desk manage to lose my dogs paperwork 2x AS WELL as a STOOL SAMPLE!!!! ALSO CHARGED ME FOR 1 MONTH FLEA/TICK BUT GAVE ME FULL YEARS WORTH!! CALLED ME BACK 2 WEEKS LATER TO PAY DIFFERENCE??!!!!! I AM IN COMPLETE DISBELIEVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS STILL RUNNING WITH THIS IRRESPONSIBLE OF A STAFF!!!!!! DOCTORS WERE AMAZING (DR.D ESPECIALLY!!) BUT WILL NOT BE RETURNING DUE TO LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY FROM FRONT DECK GIRLS!!! FIRST TIME COMIMG HERE AND LAST TIME COMING!!!!!

So, my girlfriend and I just took our cat for a check up, to renew a prescription, and ask some questions we hoped to get answered. Of course, somehow COVID restrictions are still in play at this office, so we couldn’t go back with our cat and only one of us were allowed in the waiting room. After some time, they came back and rather than answer questions that we had, were more concerned with peddling numerous amounts of unnecessary tests with no precursor as to why they were even needed. On top of that, they shame you by stating, “So no (insert test name here) today”, many time as you try and ask the questions you had (that weren’t answered). Thank you for disregarding our concerns for our pet in the name of money while making us feel as though we are terrible pet parents. Point is, don’t go to this so called “vet”. They only see dollar signs when they look at your little furry family member. Pathetic.

Have been going here for a few years and it’s been getting worse and worse it seems like they’re all about the money now with a lot of unnecessary tests and medications and their new Covid procedures are horrible I went there with my two pets and was initially turned away at the door and said I had to return to my vehicle and call somebody from my parking spot which immediately after they let the water guy in to deliver water it kind of seems like a joke then I sat there for 20 minutes and they proceeded to come out and get one dog but wouldn’t take both of them together and then half an hour later came out and got the other dog and then an hour later brought them both back out together no clue why and was told I shouldn’t leave so I sat there for roughly over two hours With a minimum of about six phone calls which majority of them seemed pointless it pretty bad management and or the way that things were being run now

Not at all friendly office I have a senior dog and they wanted to run tests because of the meds they gave him I refused and when I got my bill there was a document to sign stating I was going against their medical advise I was very unhappy with the way it was handled The only reason I have ever used them is because they are located close to where I live Every time I have had to go there I get the feeling that they are trying to squeeze money from me My budget is very limited which I told them upfront I have spent aprox 700 dollars there in the last 2 or 3 months and I I felt that the blood work on my senior dog was unnecessary

For the past 30 years, both my family members and I have been brining our canine pups to shore vets and overall they do an excellent job! The entire staff- especially Dr D, Kim, and Peggy, will go above and beyond to accommodate a special request which really speaks volumes me as a consumer!! They have always listened to me when addressing my individual pet need/s providing me with a reasonable, realistic solution/approach at a fair price.

They insured us our dogs issue may be not be as serious as we thought. Told me to take one procedure at a time and to kinda do a process of illumination, so that’s the route we are taking. Very reasonably priced!! Very knowledgeable customer service! Made sure our dogs needs was a priority!

The Doctor is very knowledgeable and super nice. The techs were all very nice and helpful. They care about my dog. My dog actually doesnt mind the visits and looks forward to seeing all the staff (he gets excited). Thanks again for taking care of Halo! All around awesome job!

Even with curbside they did a great job of communicating what our new puppy needs and answered all our questions.
