Website says you close at 8:00 PM, it is only 7:00 Pm and your doors are locked with no notice. How is that acceptable

I took my dog to get groom and the groomer had no panties with my dog

Remodeled and quite well kept Aquarium section. Newly added plant tsnks have a nice large selection and I've have had a great success rate with both plants sc nd fish here. I bought my 65 gal bow front yank here 15 yrs ago and its still really good.. Freshwater and marine fish selection good but variety of stock varies although Cichlid selection is large. Good return policy. Tanks and water is quite clean. Employees I've met are aquarium knowledgable and very helpful. Good service most of the time. I return quire often just to see what's new. Good variety of filters and many other supplies. This is one of their better aquarium store. I don't have other pets so I am not evaluating those but the place is pretty busy. I still have my 65 gsl. bow front tank I got there 15 years ago.

For such a large store dedicated to pet products, their inventory is surprisingly sparse. And prices aren't great either.

I’ve never used a Petco for grooming but my groomer wasn’t taking an new pets. So, I didn’t know where else to take my new pup! I decided to give Petco a try and I’ll be continuing Lady’s appointments with Angelica. She was wonderful with lady- very patient with her. Lady loves other animals but it sometimes skiddish with most people. Angelica got down to Lady’s level and let Lady calm down and come to her. At 4.5 months Lady was FINALLY able to get a bath! This Petco store in general is amazing- I can’t say nice enough things about this location, specifically how sweet the employees are!

Terrible fish department service ! I visited today and had some questions about fish, as I’m getting my third tank filled up. (Ming you I have a 55 and a 75 gallon) this time I’m going for a different layout and design and wanted to try different fish. The lady at the fish department w somewhat blonde hair nathaly was very rude to me when I specifically mentioned which fish in the tank I wanted. She said she didn’t have to specifically grab the fish I pointed out to. That they’re all the same. ???? very dismissive and really an employee who enjoys putting people down or show some level of authority. I usually come to this petco location because is close to my house and this girl is not here so often, but when she is in the store, is very unpleasant to visit the department. Please ask for a manager or someone else to take care of your fish questions or concerns. She also rolled her eyes as she was asking me about my tank even though I kept emphasizing how it’s my third creative tank! Super rude! If I have to go to another petco or switch to pet smart or a smaller mom and pops store, I will. Train your staff better and promote professionalism!

Bad scheduling on line and in person. Told me shampoo for my dog cost 65 dollars. Poor communication. I felt discriminated coz I don’t go there regularly. In the end I have to understand coz they maybe short staffed and overworked. Will not use Petco grooming anymore. I have no choice but to use other dog grooming salon.

Really enjoy the prices and selection from here. The reptile collection is great and where I picked up my chameleon. They set me up with everything I needed and she’s been growing and getting stronger everyday. Couldn’t be happier with this place, I’ll be coming back when I expand my reptile habitat and start my salt water tank.

It is pretty expensive and at times unreasonable so. I feel like they hold a monopoly on pet products so they are charging an insane amount.

Bought our first fish here together. The workers were super friendly and sociable. They took our questions and made it a painless process.

Although the dog food I came in to purchase was out of stock, the employees were so friendly and engaging and offered potential alternatives.

They never have any crickets and their worms are always dead, their cat grass is always dead, there is no one ever at the register, you have to chase someone down to ring you up. Worst pet store I have ever been to service and care related

My buddy champ there to get his nails trimmed he is a black and white Boston terrier they did a very nice job I will definitely be going back

Terrible service, everyone is one break , I was told to wait a half hour for a bird and there was no customers in the store. , very rude even the manager.

The groomer Angie was awesome! PETSMART would not groom my dog because his hair was long. Angie had no problem with it and did a beautiful job. I will recommend her to everyone

They charge doble to cut my dog hair, supposed to pay 64.00 and they charge 100.00 just to a hair cut.

My dog was barks a lot and he is friendly, never have bitten anyone in his life. I was told by the staff to take him out. When I was keeping my dog under control. I even asked my daughter to clean up because he pee in the store. We didn't leave our dog unattended. The staff made facial gestures, I was told to give my dog training and the trainer approached me. I think it was a total discrimination for us as we were brown skinned being polite didn't make the fuss, we took our dog out. There was other dog that was barking and it was ok for the staff. I think they don't have the rights to behave the way they did my 13 year old daughter also commented No More Petco. This is my 3rd experience with Petco. First time when the dog trainer said she cannot train our dog who was 3 months old and we got him trained by someone and she was surprised how well the dog was. Second time when the groomer cut his nail close to his skin and she told us your dog growled at me and she is scared. It only happens at Edison Petco as my dog goes to PetSmart and other doggy stores we never have the issue.

I'm not really a fan of this door. When you walk in everything seems to be everywhere. I can never find any of the low fat dog treats that my dogs love. However I did find one low fat dog treat a teriyaki chicken that I did purchase and my dogs loved it.
