Thank you Dr.Z and the staff at River Pet. Whether it is a day at camp or an extended stay my 8 1/2-year-old boxer is extremely well taken care of and loved. Many of the staff members have been here longer than the eight years my boy has been coming here. MAC is my child so you know only the best for him!! Esty is always kind and patient, and Frank Is one of the gentlest souls I have ever met. Sam is just as kind and does amazing grooming!!! All of the staff members are truly excellent. Perfect staff, vets nearby if needed and most importantly, my guys are happy to be there and clean when ready to come home!

Great pet facility. They took care of my cat and dog when we were away for a week and the introduction process was great. Everything was well explained, discussed every detail. They were so kind in answering every and all question I had about my fur babies. Really great place. And clean too. I saw them mopping up twice, just when I was there. Highly recommend Riverpet.

Boarded my Husky for a couple of days while we were away and couldn't be happier with the care they showed him. We have another trip to the Caribbean coming up and already booked his next stay. Great staff!!!????

If you have a "pitbull" type dog, get ready to be discriminated. I was told from the get go my dog wouldn't be able to join in at doggy day care which I wasn't too happy about but I accepted since it was their policy and my husband and I were in a pinch. I was assured however my dog would get plenty of walks to compensate for the time not allowed to run around with the other pups. Did that happen? Very unlikely. When my husband and I picked up our dog, his voice was nearly gone and he was acting very timidly which is unlike him. He's a very energetic and happy dog. When we asked whether he had been barking the entire time he was there, we were told, "Oh, no. He must've just heard you over the phone and started barking." BULLSH*T!!! I'm sure this place is great for lap dogs but if you have a larger dog, better find somewhere else. Definitely not worth the money.

It's like taking my girl to her other home. Staff is warm and loving towards our pets. Groomer Samantha is just wonderful as well as knowledge. I come from New York to have services at Riverpet!

Highly recommend Pascal (sorry if that's not the correct spellingof his name!) for grooming. He did a fantastic job on my very furry Siberian huskey!!! She was shedding really badly and took her in got an appointment right away really great staff and she look beautiful. Will deff be rebooking again and feel very happy with results and how nice the staff were. Thank you River Side pet you are the best! :)!!!!

RiverPet is the best! Our dog LOVES it there. They offer free swimming - yes they have their own pool! Staff is amazing and they love all their guest. I know people from Manhattan who make the trip to Edgewater to board their pets here. A++++
