Banfield Pet Hospital East Brunswick, New Jersey

I have to say the doctors at Banfield are surprisingly thorough and knowledgeable and personable. I have had with several doctors there work with my cats and I am very rarely disappointed.

Great for healthy pets. The plans they offer are a good deal.

Dr Gamal and I believe her name is Wafa saved my dogs life .They were so excellent with her . After 3 visits from Red Bank vet (mis diagnosed her) we took her to banfield in East brunswick . They made time for her surgery and fixed the issue . One day later my dog is walking around and eating again . The entire staff was friendly and caring . They did not try to nickle and dime us and was up front and honest about everything. From the bottom of my heart thank you !

The appointment Took longer then I thought it would but it was well worth it they did a great job check him from one end to the other .

This place is the BEST. Dr Florant treats my Winter so well that I can't even imagine taking her to any other place. She's never pushy and spends time in answering all my questions and queries. Every one in the hospital takes great care of Winter and always there to answer questions or schedule an appointment on the fly. Before joining Banfield EB (I'm 15 miles away), I visited all the vet hospitals nearby and was not happy with their service. Then a friend of mine recommended it and even though its a long drive, its worth it as I can see my dog is being handled like a person than just a money making medium. I'll always use them for all my pets. Staff members/nurses are very professional and caring and the best part is you can see they're all animal lovers. Every time we visit, they come over and play with Winter and hand her treats. She totally loves them. I highly recommend this place.

Do not recommend at all. One of my dog is not with us anymore, still got penalty fee for ending contract early when we are not intentionally trying to end the plan. They don't care, they just want your money.

They are always there to help your pet. They are very patient with worried pet parents. Very caring, attentive and gentle. They offer drop off service for vet care and will call when your pet is ready to go home.

Dr. Florant is wonderful! She takes the time to speak with us and really cares for our pets. The other doctors are great too! They also have wonderful staff working up front. I’ll never forget the time one of the ladies helped me take my dog to the car because she was having trouble walking after being spayed. I had my small baby with me and she saw I was struggling. I’ll never forget her kindness and how she helped us that day.

they are friendly but can be very incompetent. They treat the dogs like a product line. Only bring in your dog if they are small. They dont care enough for the state of the dog when in their hands.

Great place. Very attentive and the doctors answer all my questions. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I love that I can have all the services for my puppy in one place. Vet, groom, hotel, food and supplies!

We have been going here for more than 10 years and we love this place. They are amazingly caring for the animals and always present all options.

Furious and disappointing do not sum up my time here. I went to Banfield to pickup medication for my mom’s dog. My mom called ahead and said she could not pay over the phone. I spoke to a woman at the desk. I told her that I do not know the order and my mom called ahead. I will pay in person. She looked up the order in the system and returned with a spiked IV fluid bag with a needle already attached. I paid and went on with my day. The next day my mom questioned the total bill. There were no pills but only fluid in the bag. Banfield had made an error in packaging the medication. My mom called and spoke to the staff. She has yet to receive a refund for this error.

I have be going to Banfield for 12 years My dog is 12 years old .i really love the people at Bandfield but they are very expensive ..Compare prices. I have a wellness plan and it elimates the office fees And shots
