I'm giving this grooming salon two stars because it is WAY too expensive -- specifically $175 to groom our ~40lb. doodle. He came out looking nice, but I've since spoken with numerous other dog owners in the area and all are shocked -- as in actually gasping -- when they hear how much we paid for our dog's grooming. Most say that they pay closer to $70-80 for the same services (overall haircut, plus trimming around paws, ears, etc.), often for even larger dogs. We won't be returning to Pretty Pets.

Took my brother's dog here on a short notice while dog sitting for the weekend. The people who works here are so friendly and accommodating. Penny loves her new haircut.

Super friendly great job all the time. They do everything they can to cause my pet as little stress as possible when he visits and he always looks great.

Super friendly service (making drop-off and pick-up as convenient as possible) and they did a wonderful job grooming my cat.
