Love PetPT and so did my pup!

PetPT is the best vet group!! So empathetic, informative, and respectful. Provides options and patience when it matters most. And, not charging ridiculous amounts or unnecessary services. I won’t go anywhere else!

Do not bring your dog here if he/she is at all anxious or skittish. They do not have proper safeguards in place and are in a very congested area close to several major highways. As a result, our Luna girl got loose during the exchange with their technician (which took place out in the open since they do not let you bring your pet inside) and was subsequently hit and killed on Route 70. This was a devastating experience for my family, including my young son, and I would hate to see another family go through this. Had we been able to bring her in to the vestibule to make the exchange, this tragedy could have been avoided. I hope they will consider updating their protocols especially when they know (as they did with our Luna) that the dog is anxious.

Just had our first visit with Pet PT. Was alittle nervous to switch vets but I'm happy we did. Office is following covid protocol so I didn't go in but process was easy and vet called me while in with my doggy. Gave me options to combat the issue that brought us in and took time to answer all my questions. There is a window with bank style drawer for rx pickup and to process payments, very creative! Prices are reasonable.

My pup's strength and stability has improved dramatically after coming here for water treadmill therapy. Surgery would have cost tenfold and included complications! Thanks guys!

I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment with this vet. When I arrived for the appointment I called the phone number to check in and they told me to bring my dog to the door. We could not go inside because they are under construction. My 10 yr old dog and I waited outside in the in the 90 degree heat for at least 30 minutes while the employees came in and out for other patients, before someone finally said, "Oh, I see you've been waiting here a long time." She went to check on our appointment. She came back and said she could not find the appointment and that we needed to go speak to someone at the side window. We went to the side window and the young woman who spoke with me just repeated that she couldn't find the appointment. She was rude, no apology or even attempt to resolve the situation. I asked what she wanted me to do and got a blank stare. I was so frustrated I said I was just going to leave and find another vet. I understand they may have made a mistake with the appointment but there was no effort to try to fix the situation. This was a terrible experience and I will be finding a Vet that actual cares about their customers and their pets.

Dr Taylor is truly one of kind. The most dedicated, compassionate, and caring vet I’ve ever met. From the day she met our baby Dylan she has been nothing but helpful and kind. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to check up on them and always tries to make herself available when you need her. She went out of her way to take care of him on his very last day on earth and we will never forget all she has done for our family. Thank you ????

They care so much about your pets. Dr. Howe-Smith is a calming factor as well as Dr. Knight. My dog Oreo is a handful but each and every time he and his staff love up on my little fur baby like she was their own. There's one tech in particular who actually gets on the floor with my ornery pooch. They've even taken care of my French Mastiff, Sasquach when he was alive. Best place ever!

Outstanding!!! We had our 9 yr old Catahula there for back pain. Dr. Knight treated her, she is moving so much better now with help from meds. Many Thanks to everyone there

I was recommended to PetPT by a friend, and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Howe-Smith has got to be one of the nicest people out there, and it’s obvious he is absolutely passionate about what he does. With our first visit, I think he spent 45 minutes getting to know my fur baby, his issues and his needs. I’ve never experienced a vet like that...truly amazing. We also did Doggie Physical Therapy with them (don’t laugh) on the water tread mill to help rehabilitate my dogs muscle strength and all the technicians were great, plus it honestly seemed to help.

Hands down one of the best veterinary practices I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my dog Bane after a recommendation from our dog rescue. We wanted a second opinion for a tumor growing in his leg. Beth was super accommodating, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Smith took the time to go over options and X-rays with us and answered all questions. Bane was not scared or uncomfortable and seemed to really love the Dr which was nice. Everyone took the time to greet him and pet him they really seem to love the patients they see. I will definitely be referring to them from now.

These people truly care about animals... every person in the place. They spared my dog from having to have surgery. He was able to fully recover doing their water treadmill therapy and we are extremely grateful.

Friendly, accommodating, efficient and caring staff!

I take my German Shepherd, Sheila, here for twice a week water treadmill physical therapy. She's in the early-mid stages of degenerative myelopathy so losing control of her back legs. After just 3 weeks, 6 sessions, she's gotten more muscle mass on her legs which is fantastic! Her condition isn't curable but her other smaller issues like pain and inflammation from her arthritis have been better. I wish I had taken her here sooner! She's always happy to be there and loves the staff (they spoil her with treats ????). She's extra playful and goofy when we get home which I love seeing.

The best veterinarians around. There pharmacy department is always on point.

The staff is usually quick to get back to you with any questions you may have about your pet. They're working with both of my girls for different issues. I'm very grateful. We're nervous for our one pup to get knee surgery, but we trust Dr. Howe to take great care of her.

Drs got us in last minute for an emergency. Staff was very professional and accommodating. The vet talked through all my options and the cost was not over whelming.

Kind and compasionate, much needed therapy for our furry family member. Doctor got right to the bottom of the issue with her knee joint, and recommened a course of treatment without invasive surgery. Highly recommended.

Dr Howe-Smith, Dr Taylor, & Dr Knight go above and beyond for there clients and pets. The whole staff are always friendly and very informative. Everyone is highly educated on all the different ways to help your fur babies. From diagnosis, medications, physical therapy, aqua therapy, acupuncture, laser and surgeries. If you arw looking for a friendly environment to take your pets with educated and kind professionals this is the place to take them! I've been taking my pets to Dr Howe-Smith for over 25 years and I have never been mislead and price does not come before you loved fur baby

They are a wonderful group of people. They were amazing with my dog. When everyone gave up on her after being hit by a car, Dr Howe Smith jumped right in and gave her a chance again. They are a very caring group of people, always welcoming you with a smile on their face. They really care about your pets. I highly recommend this group they treat your pets as if they were their own. 2 Face says thank you for giving her life again.
