Been taking my dogs here for years. They treat them like family and going a great job. Great customer service- always calls back and do there best to meet my appt needs.

She did an amazing job with Charlie. Very quick too compared to other groomers we have taken him to in the past. thank you so much :)

The owner is extremely rude. I sensed it the moment I walked in. My puppy was heavily matted and the matts had to be shaved by the Vet. So she had a few shaved spots. I asked the the owner to cut the hair very short and to please not shave her, especially her face. Well, she grabbed my dog out of my arms and said "Lady I am the groomer, leave it to me how I want to do her" in the nastiest tone. I took the dog out of her arms and left her place. There is no way I would ever recommend her to anyone. Ever!!!!!! stay away. your dog will thank you.

We love taking Joey here. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and is so talented at cutting Joey's hair. She takes all precautions to make sure we all stay safe during Covid. You can tell the care she takes for the animals. We'll continue coming here forever!

We have taken our young dogs to SPAW several times. Each visit the dogs are very happy to see the owner and they look wonderful after their visits.

A friend of mine recommended SPAW grooming. Our usual groomer was no longer in business. We have a very temperamental Maltese. We decided to drop off Chloe for a NEEDED for a bath with a nail trim. She desperately just needed a good ole bath! When Chloe was finished – she was HAPPY and SHINY! She looked SO GOOD! Drop-off was relatively easy. I appreciate how you need to have documentation that your pet is up to date on all shots before they are able to accept your pet. When I picked up Chloe, she was happy and NOT stressed. Sonja is a true professional; she knows what she is doing and provides excellent service. Her business is an exceptional find!

The owner, Sonya, is a top notch professional groomer. She establishes a great connection with your pet and then does a fantastic job. She's a very nice lady too! This is our 2nd visit. Extremely satisfied!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! If I could have 0 stars I would have! The owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, and the only person I’ve ever seen my puppy run away from. Upon arriving she went straight to grabbing my puppy’s fur and then scolding me for not getting his hair cut sooner. (Although I don’t know how that would have been possible in the middle of the COVID pandemic when businesses were ordered to close). She also did not want to do the work of combing through his Goldendoodle fur as I did not want him shaved. Since that’s not what would have been easiest for her to make a quick buck off me, she told me she would not take him as he was being “difficult”. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!

Our dog always leaves looking great. You can tell the owner has a true love for dogs. We really appreciate all the safety precautions she is taking right now, too.

The owner is very rude. Her attitude is horrible. She claims to have experience with cats and dogs but doesn’t act like it. I will never go back nor will I recommend.

The owner is extremely rude. Although i am the customer, she behaves as if she does a favor by giving us an appointment. When called to apologize for being a bit late, she flipped on us and replied rudely and refused to reschedule. She may be good at what she does, but this is no way to talk to a customer... Never going back there....

I LOVED it here. My puppy’s first grooming and I couldn’t be happier. Annie was certainly taken care of and I noticed how sweet they are when speaking and handling the dogs. Will be back !

They are terrific. So much better than the chains, and around the same price. We have a mini Goldendoodle and she gets horribly matted. Most groomers don't want to be bothered and just want to shave her down, but Spaw takes the time to do the job right! We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else!

They do fantastic haircuts and really love the animals. I love coming here.

They were very friendly and very helpful! I was allowed to go in the back with Ry and Em to help make the nail trimming experience a positive one. I am very happy with them! You won't be disappointed.
