We just had our first appointment with BTVH and they were amazing!! Our vet tech was Dana and we saw Dr. Leff. We just moved to brick and were looking for a trustworthy vet. We are so happy with our experience at BTVH, they were so friendly, explained everything and answered all of our questions. They even sent us home with some treats and a new toy for our puppy!! Definitely recommend!!

These guy's are the greatest! Very helpful& caring! Always do whatever they can to help you& your pet out! Go out of there way for emergencies....would HIGHLY recommend them!

We have been using Brick Town Vet hospital for years. This past Friday we had a nightmare of an experience with them which resulted in us leaving the practice. Our dog Callie was feeling ill and lethargic on Friday. I called Brick Town to see if I could get her in - not expecting a visit the same day but maybe the next or even Monday. The woman I spoke to was VERY rude. She put me on hold to ask a doctor if they could see Callie and they were "too busy to accommodate us. " The woman on the phone told me to use my "gut instincts and decide if I should take her to the animal hospital or not". She told me this AFTER she told me there were ZERO appointments in the foreseeable future. I hung up scared and uncertain as to what to do.She gave me zero direction or advice. Basically wishing me luck and offering zero hope in getting Callie any sort of appointment with them . Again, this is our vet we've been using for years. Thankfully, a friend recommended Furry Friends Mobile Vet- the experience with the person on the phone was great. There was deep concern and care Callie and even though they were SUPER busy themselves, they made an appointment for our Callie. We did end up taking her to the hospital that evening and and she was treated and doing much better now. I wouldn't take my worse enemy to Brick Town Vet. Stay away from these uncaring people. Moving forward, we will be using Furry Friends.

Bella has been with Dr Santos since Bella was a baby very caring and happy so are all the workers ,Bella was diagnosed with liver issues and with the help of Dr Santo’s Bella went to a specialist and with both there help she is getting better ❤️

Everyone at this office is amazing. It's unfortunate I had to spend so much time with them, but they've taken such good care of my cats and helped save their lives. I'm totally indebted to them and highly recommend anyone coming here for quality care

We love Dr. Leff! She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. We're fortunate to have found a wonderful Vet who provides excellent care and who we trust to guide us in keeping our furbabies healthy and happy. Very highly recommend!

Very happy with Dr Santos who saw my kitty and took her x-rays. They are very Covid aware and cautious. You phone in that you're there, then a tech comes out and gets your pet after talking with you about why you're here.The Dr called us and we discussed results and meds then the tech brought my kitty out and we paid her. My only complaint is that we had an 11:00 appt. but they didn't come out for her until 11:40. My cat doesn't like to be in the car! But other than that I am very happy with the appointment ????

Had to put my cat down. They were compassionate and caring.

This place is below satisfactory and I would never use them again. Brought my baby in due to a bladder infection and she was given antibiotic/7 days. The infection didn't go away so I called back to let them know. Dr. Fiorioto was SO quick to push immediate xrays and or cultures which were $140 each and had a whole song and dance of why. I had to ask "why cant we administer a longer round of antibiotics first to see if it will clear"....she goes "ohh, we could do that". I was given 2weeks of the pills and the issue was cleared up. SHAME on her. Also, they didn't disclose to me I was going to be charged 2x for urinalysis...went through 3 different people and NOT 1 mentioned this extra charge, but they were so quick to ask for my credit card. I tried to give them another chance and asked for dental cleaning estimate, NEVER received it so I called back and she rudely told i missed the special and never even gave me price. Good luck with them.

My kitty needed surgery and the folks at Brick Town VH took care of everything. The appointment and follow up was exactly as they said it would be and that is rare these days!

Dr's and staff very friendly. Really care about your animal.

I’ve had a lot of cats spayed over the years at many different vets. The recovery has always been slow. Within hours of being home, Sugar was back to her normal self. She wanted to eat and play and act crazy (which we obviously are trying to prevent). Her incision is small and not inflamed at all. It doesn’t seem to bother her even a bit. Dr. Calabro has done a fantastic job and I am so happy. I have been coming here for years with my guinea pigs and once I got cats, I of course continued with Bricktown Vet. I used to work in the area, but now live and work almost 45 mins away. I still gladly make this trip because the care my animals receive at Bricktown Vet is unmatched!

Only vet office I'll go to. The staff has been amazing to my pets and Dr. Shapley is a wonderful vet. Nothing but compassionate care here.
