The "head doctor" at this clinic does NOT know what she is talking about. My dog was wrongfully diagnosed with a tumor and I was told to "keep him comfortable, as it is about quality of life at this point." That was over a year ago to date and he has been THRIVING under alternative veterinarian care. He continues to act like a puppy in his old age and I don't regret leaving this place.

Long story short, I am a woman of color. I went here for my cat a total of 3 times. 2 out of those times I was told I was not allowed inside with MY PET (I am vaccinated, and I do not have COVID). I do not have a car, I was left outside in the freezing cold (there was no one inside in the seating area either). I went across the street to sit on a bench until my cat was ready to go, and I saw them allow white people inside with their pets. This is the second time they do this to me. I will not come here to be treated unfairly because of where I’m from. If you’re a person of color, save your $$ and go elsewhere where you won’t be discriminated against.

I’ve been coming here for 35 years! Our pets have always gotten the best care possible. Drs. Applelstein and KeenChong are thorough and compassionate.

Great veterinarian care

The new covid procedure is very slow. You come on time for the scheduled appointment but wait in the car forever. They took almost 2 hours to assist and complete their basic physical & examination/vaccine . I’ve been coming here for 15 years so I will be patient with them but there is room for improvement . I hope time management and prioritization of pet appointment will be better hopefully post covid. However, on the good note they’re are able to provide their best care for your pet.

They were great for my emergency visit. And are open late which was good since our normal vet was closed. They were very caring and patient.

Clinic does not follow up. Had xrays and lab work done for my cat. Told me the results would be back in two days. I received no word. Had to call them the following week for results. They then told me they would send me recommendations via email and links to these recommendations. Once again, they do not follow up. Avoid them if you want a practice that cares about your pet and follows up with you.

The are the best Vet .They go above and beyond for your pet.I took my baby dog to the clinic and not only they check him out but they call me twice home to make sure he was doing ok ..I love them

Loved Dr Applestein but since he retired the place has become a disaster. Tried it several times and every time I waited close to one hour. One of the female doctors is awful and acted like she hated my lab. My lab was scared and she told me to leave the room. I decided to try one more time. The last time I was waiting 45 minutes once again along with another man. The receptionist said “it’s an emergency, sorry it may be a bit” . That would have been ok except what happened next......another guy walks in with his dog remember we’ve already been waiting and the receptionist informs him about the wait. He says he can’t stay so she immediately ushers him back right in front of me and the other man that had been waiting as well.He’s done in 10 minutes and says thanks, pays, and leaves. I walked out never to return....

Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. Please do not bring large dogs here. When I had dropped off my meduiem size dog at their office I could already see the look on her face. If you guys cannot handle large dogs please let us know. When I returned back to the office to pick up my dog the lady had to hold a toy up in order to get him to walk forward. By the time he had reached me my dog was so out of breath I had NEVER herd him sound like this before. She was not even concerned with coming out with water right away. Never again will I bring my dog here. PLEASE do not bring your large dogs here they cannot handle them.

They protect us by having us sit in our cars. They come to us to get the animals from the cars and return them there.

The only good thing were the treats for ur pet they kept getting my pups age wrong and name and mixed up papers

I have been taking my pets to Animal Hospital for quite some time. Caring, Loving and Friendly atmosphere towards my dog's. The encouraged me to find another Boston Terrier.

Place took care of my tough bad ass American Eskimo. They tamed the beast. Everyone was great.
