They have more stuff on the shelfs then the supermarkets

I always get my bunny food over here, is kinda difficult to buy him food, obviously because isn’t a normal pet like a cat or a dog but I found food, bedding and some healthy treats

Store associate Margaret's kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable ways made my first experience at PetSmart awesome. I will definitely be returning to the Nashua PetSmart thanks to my outstanding first experience. :)

We set up an appointment for grooming and nails and when we arrived, our groomer Christina was very rude and unprofessional. She was already shaking upon waking to the front, didn't acknowledge our dog and there was irritation in her voice when she spoke to us as if we disrupted her. When she finally came around the gate to see our pup, she jumped back and said he was aggressive. She did not try once to let him sniff her or give the chance to interact with her. She then called the manager after rolling her eyes at us and we were told they couldn't help us. I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the inability to even try. If you are as scared of dogs as Christina was, you shouldn't be working as a dog groomer. I would not recommend going there, at least not to have services done with Christina.

The worst experience at the grooming department. I will never bring my dog here again !!!!

Very helpful employees and spotlessly clean. On the day I visited, however, supplies of regular brand catfood were not very abundant. Probably a supply chain issue, so this store is definitely worth a visit. One other point: since I couldn't find enough of the usual brands, I investigated some that I'd never brought home before. My cats loved them.

This is like the last place you want to go to if you need to have any type of grooming with your pets. This is now the THIRD and final time I will go thru what I went thru with the groomers that they have here. First time they cut my yorkie above her eye and didn’t even tell me. I found out when I got home. Second time they did half a job. And today they pretty much treated my dogs like slaves back when it was a thing and dragged them into the office instead of picking them up. Then they couldn’t even handle doing a full grooming job on one of my dogs and the second one had what they referred to as “an accident” and didn’t even clip or grind his nails at all. They said they couldn’t do it. I will never and I mean never support Petsmart in any way. They need to immediately fire that short haired guy that I thought was a girl.

Always have what I need.

It is the only place the consistently has the type of food my dog eats. They are expensive but the cashiers always give my pup a biscuit.

Casey in grooming is excellent, taking the time to connect with me and my dog. My dog always leaves happy and looking adorable!

Love this store! Especially the pet care associates! They are the most friendly and helpful employees I’ve met!

Little expensive but had everything I needed and personnel was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was helpful & polite except the cashier argued with me over buying a choke collar. The store itself was bright & packed with stock.

The groomer was very good with both of our cats who had their claws clipped. We always have good experiences here.

Great employees that go out of their way to help you and your pets! Love going back.

Guinea pig had conjunctivitis in both eyes the day I got him, and the emergency vet bill cost me $200. Thanks Petsmart ????

Big store.....limited selection of tropical fish. Satisfaction is not a guarantee....but sales person is better than check out lines

Love the store and all that it offers, my only issues was that I had a brand new puppy for one day and the staff wanted to touch and talk to the puppy. I understand that their just being friendly how ever it distracted my puppy from me and my commands so it was a little annoying. But I still rate the store as a 10!

Great location with loads of parking. Well laid out isles with loads of space for keeping distance apart during covid. Product brands signage easily seen from a distance. Well stocked with major brand names

The animals seem as though they are be treated decently...but let's be real, this chain is known for neglect and not paying their employees the minimum wage. When you don't take care of your employees, how do you expect them to care for your store? RESCUE YOUR ANIMALS.

The staff is always very helpful 95% of the time they have everything I need
