It may be that I am accustomed to the store, where things are, what prices to expect plus the usual friendliness from the staff. There is no reason to change!

Went in for a vet clinic for our two dogs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The fish were pretty cool, too.

The only petco I feel secure buying saltwater livestock. I've been to many for dry goods and their tanks look terrible. David and Sam are pretty knowledgeable.

It is so interesting how different Petco stores can be from each other. The Amherst location is fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. The Nashua location does have friendly staff members (except for the Store Manager), but they really aren't knowledgeable about dogs. The experience we had was abysmal. We had an appointment for grooming and I let them know my dog has tremors (totally non-harmless, not a seizure, and does not require vet attention - those were words from his veterinarian), and they denied us service even though we have been to Petco for all of our grooming/pet needs for YEARS. I offered to stay in store for the duration of his appointment, too! I'll still go to Amherst to purchase products and such, but I'll never step foot in Nashua again - I hope you don't either.

I needed to replace a slow feed food bowl I cracked staying someplace. Petco had the perfect bowl I needed, it was available immediately and I could pick it up within minutes at the store. Couldn't have been more convenient. And you couldn't beat the price. Homerun.

Best fish department I've ever seen at a Petco. The tanks were beautifully maintained and scaped. I've seen many of petcos in different states and this is by far the best
