Love them!!They are great with my dog. No complaints!

Every time I dropped my lab off for grooming or boarding she is VERY resistant. After a 5 day boarding the pads of her paws were raw and red. She was limping on her left hind leg. I didn't realize it until later that day. When I asked them about it they said her pads were "normal" from playing outside. Normal??? And they said they saw no favoring of that hind leg. Really? So I'm crazy. That's the last time I use them. I suggest people shop around.

Our dog Hunter loves his daycare playtime. The dogs are very well supervised, it’s very clean and they interact with the dogs which is important to me. He goes three days a week and comes home happy and tired. They also have video cams so you can check on your little one.

Very friendly staff and I like that their boarding allows the dogs to be in a large group and not have to be separated. Prices are competitive. You can tell they truly care about your dog!

I brought my dog Lylah, an Australian Shepard in for a grooming and they did an amazing job and faster than her previous groomer Lylah is also sometimes nervous when it comes to grooming so that speaks a lot for the care they took with her I would absolutely recommend Superdogs to anyone looking for a groomer for their dog thank you Superdogs!

The staff is extremely rude! My “lab mix” was pulled out of daycare because of his signs of “aggression” that is unheard of by our family, our vet and our neighboring dogs. The staff never put him in the room from when I dropped him off to when I picked him up! When I confronted the miserable staff member, she said that he was in the room all day but they had removed him numerous times but I had watched the videos all day and he never even went in so how can he show aggression!? TERRIBLE people and TERRIBLE service! Do not bring your dog here.

Rating on behalf of my pup. She absolutely loves it. People there are great. Pup always comes home with a big smile and totally wiped out.

Did the temperament test and did not actually take the time, care, and effort required for those. It was like it was the longest 20 mins of her life. You need more time than that to see if the dog will be able to acclimate well to the environment. I would not recommend going her especially after my encounter with her daughter. If you can't raise your child correctly I wouldn't trust you with my fur baby. DO NOT GO HERE

I really wanted to try out SuperDogs, as it’s much closer to work. Our dogs attend another daycare about twice a week and have been to many others. They gave one of our dogs a 4 minute temperament test where she got nervous and showed her teeth to another dog (nothing more than that). I’d be nervous going into a new place, without her big brother, and immediately introduced to a strange dog while on leash. She failed immediately for showing her teeth. We later went down the road to another daycare where they gave my dog a 2 hour temperament test and they slowly introduced her to the area and dogs, and she was the star of the show and was accepted with open arms. If this place would know anything about dogs, they’d know that dogs take longer than a few minutes to warm up. I’m completely unimpressed with them and their knowledge of dogs behaviors, especially when someplace new.

Nails trim is advertised as $12. Actual price is $17 (+ tip). No mention of this before completing service.

Great place for doggie day care as well as grooming

I love Superdogs. I mostly do boarding with my dogs since I don't live close by anymore. My dogs are so relaxed and tired when I pick them up I know they had fun playing while I was gone. It is also so wonderful that I can check on them online and see them playing or napping.

Was a quick stop to get my dog's nails trimmed and they were very friendly.

My dog had a great first day here! She is high energy and always happy to have time to play with other dogs!

Do not take your dog to this day care, poor quality and poor judgment, all they want is your money, they don't care about your dog. (Advised by professionals and vets).

We love SuperDogs for many reasons! Their customer service is excellent for both humans & dogs. They're very accessible with the long hours they're open (& the handicap ramp), and easy to get in touch with. The grooming services are excellent and simple to schedule, just like their daycare & boarding. The Super Ladies (as I like to call the staff members) are fantastic, friendly, communicative, and have better memories than I could even dream of. I don't know how they keep all the dogs straight, but they do! I also enjoy the option to check in on his room (Happy Mediums) via web cam. Side note: I worked very briefly in a different doggy daycare, and SD blows that place out of the water. My dog is picky about the friends he chooses of both human and animal varieties; and is not shy in letting me know when something is wrong or when he's scared (for either himself or on my behalf). He also dances & sings when he's happy. As soon as we make a turn that he recognizes leads to SuperDogs his car anxiety changes to excitement with the dancing and singing. I worry a little that his tail wagging will give him whiplash one of these days, lol. This, more than any other reason, is why we have been coming to SD for years and will continue do so.

Personable and caring. I feel confident about the care and attention my dog gets from Superdogs.

Superdogs has always treated my pups very well. We have boarded at other facilities and one of my dogs is hesitant at other boarders, even those we have been to before. But as soon as we pull into Superdogs his tail is wagging and he's pulling on the leash to go inside. Thats all the validation I need.

The place seems clean. Doesn't smell like other daycares that I have toured. It's a no crate daycare which is very important for my rescue dog. During Covid they started precautions such as meeting you at the door with masks on and swapping out your leash for one of theirs. They also do grooming and boarding.

Loved our experience at Superdogs. The staff and care that they give the dogs is fantastic. Boarded our dog there for a week without issue. They were able to handle the dietary requirements for our girl without batting an eye. We loved being able to check in on our baby (live stream cameras) to see that all the dogs were happy including ours. My wife may have used the cameras a little too much (sorry about your data plan). I also would like to comment on the grooming... which was stellar. Whomever groomed her really did an amazing job. Since we have had her, we have had here groomed a few times. Basically they were a bath and nail clipping. Superdogs on the other hand did that and then some. Her nails are perfect. Like weirdly perfect. They could be in a commercial for paws and Palmolive. They trimmed the fur on the feet. Trimmed hair around the ears. I mean she is a lab and just looks groomed as is, but wow. You can tell they really did an awesome job. I guess you can say the stuff they did is minor, but it makes a major difference and was noticed immediately.

My dog loves it here! The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and its located in a convenient location.

I love bringing my pup here! Been going for 6 years now. The girls adore and my dog she always can't wait to get in the door. It's her favorite place to be when I have to go on trips. I'm a big fan of their open room boarding. The owners , Mark and Judy, are always nice to me and are running a great place here.

Staff are warm, welcoming and clearly love what they do! Groomers do a great job and my boy's always exhausted after daycare.

I have 3 dogs that go here on a weekly bases. They get all excited at the door. The staff treat all the dogs like they are their own
