Speaking for a friend who was a long time customer. Abruptly asked not to return with his dog after questioning extra service fee to feed your pet. No attempt made to work out the issue.

Ok I am blown away by this place! I recently started bringing my dog here for some play time during the day and he LOVES it! What is most amazing that the first temperament test and day care is FREE!! Pricing is great for the day care services, I haven't had to use the boarding but would probably recommend if anyone is looking. My boy was so tired when he got home, I'm so happy he has a safe place to go and play with dogs his own size. Staff have been very friendly and the reception area is very clean and neat for a dog daycare. Make sure your dog is up to date on their shots, you'll need a copy for the daycare if you are thinking of it. Will keep returning to the Dog Club, or I'll update this review if anything changes!

Extremely friendly staff and super flexible with drop offs and pick ups and you do not need to schedule it in advance. They charge less than other options in the city based on my research and our dog always tries to go back in when we pick her up which is a good sign. They also offer boarding for very fair prices which is huge, and of course open on weekends. Their grooming is also super cheap. All around great value, care, and staff!

We love dog club. Every time cooper shows up they know him and he is excited to see them. (More excited than to see me haha). He comes home happy and tired which is perfect. Thank you all!!!!

The five star rating is from my dog. I can only assume it's a five star experience based on how excited she is to go there.

My dog and us are big fans of this place. The staff are nice, and they let your dog be a dog. They do provide behavior insights if anything may seem off about your dog which we appreciate. My dog always has a great time and has the biggest smile when entering and exiting. The boarding is also really good.

My dog comes back tired and happy every time we drop him off for a vacation.

Cancelled my appointment a week in advanced. They even called and asked if I would like to get my deposit back to my card or store it for future visits. It’s been 12 days . I’ve left voicemail twice and no one ever calls back

They know everyone’s dog by name and take very good care of them. The facility is very well maintained and safe. Our dog wags her tail and gets excited every time we ask her if she wants to play with doggies.

Huk has been coming here since he was a puppy. I’ve tried several other places but none compare to the staff here. The new owners took a great place and made it better.

I've been taking my dogs there since it as known as D La Pooch and it's original start in Hooksett. One dog will walk herself in right up to the door. The other not so much but that's a dog for you. They love the dogs and it shows. Great place to board and the grooming is great too.

We have been sending our pup here for some time now. The new ownership has made a huge difference. They take lots of pictures and post everyday which i love. The only reason for 4 stars, is because they have no cap for daycare. I avoid sending our pup on the hoilidays because they have a high volume at that time.

Been a long time customer since it was D La Pooch in hooksett. Staff are always friendly and have treated my dog well over the years. I liked the Adirondack aesthetic more than the new black and white, but that doesn't change the quality of the service. I always recommend them to friends looking for daycare or boarding in the area.

My Scruffy has the Best time going to The Dog Club!! They all love him and treat him like he is their own. We groom him there once a month a she is fabulous. A++++

My dog has been coming here for all of his 6 years. First for everyday daycare when he was a puppy, and now 2x / week and frequent hoardings. I care most that my dog is cared for and that he enjoys it. No doubt on both requirements.

I have been taking my dog Ellie here for almost a year. She was a puppy when she started coming and is a regular. Best daycare service in town. She loves coming here and the staff and owner are great. Highly recommend

Our dog has been going to The Dog Club, formally d la Pooch, since she was a puppy. She attends daycare and has boarded a night to as long as a week. In the morning, she is excited to go and is always happily exhausted when we pick her up. Outside our immediate family she is skittish around people but never hesitates to say hello to all the employees with a wagging tail and smile at drop off. This tells me a LOT ... she loves them like family and they return the love to her! She’s well taken care of!
