Compassionate staff makes all the difference!

Everything from beginning to end was wonderful! i was running a little behind for our first visit which gives me such anxiety because I value offices time. I called to let them know I was about 5 minutes away, the receptionist was so sweet and understanding. Delaney took us back to the room and she was so very nice and VERY patient with all my younger daughters questions she’s had! ☺️All in all it was the best experience. Thank you!

We love bringing our furbabies to Crossroads - we LOVE Dr. Insalaco, but ALL of the doctors, techs and employees of Crossroads that we have had interaction with to date have been fantastic. We are so happy we made the switch! Thank you so much for being amazing!

Thank you so much for all your compassion, care and love that you have given "my little Buddy" a heartbreaking day for me to let go of this precious boy. I promised my mom I would take care of him when she passed as Buddy was hers and because of Dr. Kulhanik and your team I was able to. Always there for us. And yes, all dogs go to heaven!

Extremely professional, & considerate. Very gentle with my cat & attentive. Follow-up is fantastic & so efficent. You go beyond my expectations as a veterinarian clinic, in addition the staff checks in on progress & if necessary passes it to the vet who follows up expeditiously. We have been going here since the day we brought our little guy home 12.5 years ago. So you can imagine our sadness and disappointment when his passing didn’t even warrant a condolence postcard. Our boy loved it there, and he deserved to at least be acknowledged. Maybe this is acceptable for some, but we don’t find it so. The ER vet sent us a personal message, his own doctors couldn’t have been bothered. So disappointed and will not ever return.

Great group of technicians and dr .service is always prompt and curtious. Pricing was fair . They diagnosed Jake quickly and offered just the right meds snd attention needed to help my boy recover .

They're amazing. They've been taking care of my kitten who's been sick since I've had her.

Crossroads has been our vet since 2002. We have been though quite a few pets in that time including two dogs and four cats who are no longer with us, and two dogs and two cats that are currently being cared for by Crossroads. They are professional and personable, and take the time to really listen and get to know your concerns. The staff, from front desk to the veterinarians, are fantastic and truly care about their patients, human and furry. And, as heartbreaking as it is, they truly show compassion and care when it's time to say goodbye. I've seen them with tears in their eyes as we say goodbye, which truly means something to me, because that's one of the things I remember from that day, and knowing it's not just another euthanasia to them, but a blow to their hearts, too...it matters. I truly appreciate everything they do, and I highly recommend Crossroads for anyone looking for a new vet.

My pets have been patients for several years. Every veterinarian, technician, and business staff member is professional, caring and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate all of the care we have received. Whether it’s a scheduled appointment or an emergency they always provide the best care for our critters.

Dr. Ensalaco did a superb job removing a cyst from our dog's eye lid. It looks beautiful and cleaned out! There were no infections. The dissolvable soutures are still there only 2 doing its job and the surgery was 4/13/20. They listened to our concerns and respected our wishes. We got a follow up call to see how he was doing and the Tech Assistant was friendly from beginning to end to ease our nerves.

Crossroads has been there for every routine or emergency need of our two dogs. The staff and doctors truly care about the welfare of their patients. Follow through by call backs awesome too. Cost for these services is substantial. You’ve done a great job of caring for our pets and keeping you and us safe with Covid. Thank you!

Smooth check-in process along with following current guidelines due to the pandemic. Dr. Grove always goes above and beyond and truly cares about our dog, Brody (and us!) and his wellbeing. We moved 40 minutes away 6 years ago and still continue to bring him there. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I have been going to crossroads for many years and have always been happy until today. We picked up a rescue from a transport in New York last weekend. I called to make him an appointment and could not get him in until sept. Well he is on medication prescribed to him by a vet in Minnesota which will run out before September and he REALLY needs it. I asked if they could help out refilling it and the answer was no I said I have all his records he is up to date on everything no. I don’t understand how the person answering the phone won’t even ask the doctor what to do instead just let the dog suffer because of front office rules. Not sure who is in charge but if they don’t care enough about the dogs well being this is not the office I will bring him to. This really stinks.

They were great with our dog. She had surgery and everything went well. We've been bringing our dogs there for years and will continue to.
