I was so nervous to get my rabbit spayed. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions! She's recovering so well! Very happy with my decision. :)

They make every effort to get your pet in for an appointment even if you have an unexpected, last-minute concern.

At each appointment I'd have to wait outside until called in because of covid. I understand that but when I'm called to come in I usually have to wait another half hour. The vet wonders why my dog is restless. Trying to get prescriptions was a pain. I'd submit order through their site and then nothing happens.

Very rude. No answer on the phone while we had an appointment to get our pup spade. Receptionist was extremely rude. They eventually took our dog and 3 hours later we were told they couldn’t do the procedure..

These guys are pretty good. The vet and techs are friendly and helpful and my cats seem to approve. The iffice staff can be a but snippy but who knows what theyve had to deal with during covid. I tgink their covid policies are the best case scenario

Best care for your furry family! Family owned and operated unlike many places around now that are owned by larger corporations hundreds of miles away. Prices are good as well and care far surpasses what you pay.

Dr. Brad Barnes and his office team are about as professional as you can get in my book. I have used top veterinary specialists on both coasts for my German Shepherds, and I would rate Dr. Barnes as one of the very, very best. He is a skilled surgeon (he did my dog's knee replacement), informed, up to speed on the latest drugs and procedures and CAREFUL as the day is long! In response to an earlier review, "is Edgefield the cheapest clinic in town," probably not. But I have always found their fees to be more than fair especially when considering the level of expertise they offer. Overall, Edgefield is invaluable an resource!

I have been taking my dog Felix to this veterinary practice his whole life (11years). Before that, Dr. Barnes took wonderful care of my horse for fourteen years. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend them. They are so great to Felix and they took wonderful care of my mother's dog Winston for his whole life with us too. They are an incredible team, from Janet or Robin who greet you when you come in, to all of the vet Techs, Cyndi, Marlene, Dr. Barnes, Dr. Lebiedz (Dr. Emily). I feel like they have helped me take wonderful care of all my pets, from vaccinations to tummy aches, and sore paws, the whole gamut of pet care. If only my Primary Care Physician was this good!

The staff is great. All of my pets have been seen here, including large and small dogs, cats and rats. Two of my dogs have had minor surgeries here, and everything went beautifully. My only complaint is the size of the office/waiting area. Two of my dogs get very nervous with other dogs, and there is zero space for avoidance. The doors of the exam rooms are sliding doors, which is also a bit nerve wracking depending on who is on the other side..

I have been going to Edgefield for almost 9 years now and I recommend them highly. Barnes is the most knowledgeable and honest vet I have ever met. The entire team is amazing. I wish Barnes could be my primary care.

This is where I board my cat when I travel. The friendly, attentive staff takes good care of my pet for the extended time I am away. My cat likes the food and enjoys the cat play area. He returns home brushed, clean and contented. I have used this service three times so far for a total of 41 days boarded. I have been very pleased, will use them in the future and recommend Edgefield for an excellent cat boarding service.

Edgefield Veterinary has always been wonderful to us. The care is top notch and is reasonably priced. Glad to have them as our vet.

So glad we decided to take our furry family here. Great staff and convenient hours. Extremely easy to work with.

We have used is that for many years never truly had many problems with them up until very recently. They did bloodwork without authorization when we told them to remove it from the bill they would not and yet they could provide no proof that it was authorized. Because of this my family will never take our dogs to this place again.

Good people. Great care for our animals. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
