My fur baby Milo loves loves K 9 Kaos he goes 3 times a week he get so excited when I say to him want to go to Doggy daycare he runs to my car and when we get there he runs down the hall to greet his girlfriend's behind the front desk when he goes down stairs and he runs no goodbyes for mom best dog care ever

We have a pitbull, so we use the self service dog bathing room and love it! Service is always great, the ladies at the front are very helpful and they always have supplies at the ready to get the job done!

Deb does an excellent job grooming our difficult dog. Love this place. Great customer service.

I love absolutely everything here. I had to cancel a week of kenneling a few days before my dog was scheduled due to water damage at home. They completely understood and actually cared. I also love the grooming Lauren does, the customer service they give, and I can trust them with my boy Gus. They take pride in caring for our pets, and treat each one special. Thank you K9 Kaos...

Great place in my area for doggie day care. Dogs are well taken care of. I only have one issue, and that is a price increase without prior notice. It would have been nice to get advance notice on the increase.

Failed to properly notify clients that kennel cough was going around.

I am very disappointed in the care of the daycare at K9 Kaos. My 6 month old puppy started daycare July 6th, his original start date was July 14th, great I thought he can start early. I got the email bout him starting early June 23rd. I brought him to his first day of daycare and when I picked him up I was given a daily report card and update of how his day went, this was great especially since it was his first day and I wasn't sure how he would be. I then signed him up of Thursday of that week, when picking him up no information was given about his day, I could hear people yelling at him and could tell he was acting more nervous than day 1. Friday morning he started coughing and not feeling well. I watched him Friday and when things did not get better brought him to the Vet Saturday morning where he was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I called the daycare to see if they were aware of cases going around, I was informed that they had been having cases of Kennel Cough for 3 WEEKS! This being the week of June 23rd... I asked why I was never told about the cases going around as I would have not brought him to his first day until the cases had subsided. I was told that they had informed all of the owners and were handing out notices about it, when I said that I had never gotten a notice and they could have informed me when emailing about his start date, or upon drop off for his first day the woman I talked to just wanted to argue with me. I did not receive any sort of notice about Kennel Cough going around. They had multiple chances to inform someone about the problems. I am very upset with the treatment of my dog for the days he was in their care. I understand that things happen and that catching things such as Kennel Cough is a possibility, this case and frustration could have been 100% prevented. I would NOT recommend anyone to leave their dogs with K9 Kaos.

I have taken my dog Remi here for boarding twice now and at first I was nervous because she always goes to the same place and loves it there. When they were full I decided to give K9 Kaos a try and I am glad I did. I was a little bit unsure that she would get enough attention due to the boarding dogs not doing day care but they quickly proved that she got tons of love and attention. I always got a report card on pick up which outlined how she did and everything they said was so true to Remi. It made me happy knowing that they paid attention to her personality and picked up on it. Remi loves people and loves to cuddle and show everyone her toy. They made sure to tell me how much the staff loved to go in and cuddle with her and how much they liked seeing her carry around her toy in her mouth. I never doubt that she doesn’t get enough attention anymore and will be using K9 Kaos a lot more in the future. I really feel like the staff care for and love the dogs. Thank you guys.

Love love this place and my dogs loves the staff, they get very excited when we pull in the yard and go running to the front door.

Our puppy absolutely loves going here. She starts going crazy about 2 blocks away. Staff is super friendly and always accommodating.

Bring gus every Saturday and when we go on vacation. Always caring and keeping us up to date.

A little pricey but did a great job grooming my GSD.

The staff is so happy to see all of the puppies and dogs....a safe place to bring your dogs daily or for a short stay. We board our dog Shea when we go away.

Outstanding! We rarely kennel our dog, but within the past couple of weeks, we’ve had to twice! We’re so impressed with K9 Kaos! You know it’s a great kennel, when your dog comes out wagging their tail, and falls asleep in the car because they’re tired from playing. Thank you for taking such great care of our “Luke”.

We love K9 Kaos! We have been loyal customers since 2009. We love them for dsycare, boarding and grooming. Great staff. Wonderful facility. They love our pups almost as much as we do.

I don't have a typical experience but i am a groomer who met a doodle that was groomed today by one of your groomers and he was perfect! Great job.

What an Amazing Facility!! My little Yorkie girl Lexi loved her first day! The Staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously have a love for animals. They post daily photographs of all the Doggies at play. They all look so very Happy! Lexi also recieved quite a generous welcome bag that also contained a report card!! My dog attends their daycare twice a week, gets his nails trimmed and more. They're fantastic in every way. I highly recommend.

We have taken our dogs to daycare and boarding at K9 Kaos and take them for spa days regularly. We know our doggos are always in good hands. The staff is amazing.

Polly has meet wonderful friends , she comes exhausted after her day at school and we love to spoil her with toys and treats from there beautiful store.

I will without a doubt refer everyone I know to K9 Kaos! My dog Gunner started daycare yesterday at this facility and I could've cried when he came home he was so happy (and tired)! He came home with a little goodie bag and a report card, which I thought was a very nice touch. I am looking forward to exploring their other services they offer, and he can't wait to go back!

Was disappointed that I was charged a $20 late fee for my first time boarding. When I dropped her off I was only told pickup time was between 9am and 5pm and there was no mention of this fee. I am still happy with the service My dog received...
