PetSmart Chelmsford, New Hampshire

I have had nothing but issues with the grooming department. first they say we will get a call back but 99.9% of the time we never hear back from them. second they said that if one of my cats is aggressive and would have to sedate him without telling me and make us pay for it third we always get an attitude when ever we try to make arrangements with our schedules. We will never bring our cats here again to be groomed but will continue to shop here

Belle absolutely loves her groomer Natalie!!! We were notified when she was ready. I was notified while she was there that she was getting fresh water, and she was doing well. when I picked her up she looked so cute with her red bows!!! Belle highly recommends Natalie!! you can tell she loves animals and her job !!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Friendly well stocked pet store. Associates are clearly pet owners themselves. They love pets and also have practical and helpful knowledge. We adopted a cat there too as well and she has been wonderful, sweet and playful. I would also add (based on experience) that $200.00 adoption fee is an extremely good bargain compared to the startup costs of getting a friends cat considering spay/neuter, shots, vet check and so on.

I typically head to the Nashua PetSmart when it comes to purchasing items for my cat and dog. However, when I received an email to get free pictures with Santa at a PetSmart, I opted to go to Chelmsford as it’s closer to my house. I’ve been in the store before and never had any issues. I did not have any issues today either when I went to get the pictures done for both my pets. I sadly didn’t not get the names of the associates but I just wanted to say everyone was super helpful and friendly today! I was greeted as I walked in, received directions on where to go for the photos, also where to go for an item, and left the store in less than 15 minutes. Thank you to the person who took the time to dress as Santa and take photos with my pets. Also thank you to the associate who was kind and had patience to work with the iPad that was acting up during photos. I was very pleased with my visit today!

Usually crowded on the weekend, but that's a sign to me of how great the are. Plenty of things to keep your pet happy and well...lots of variety.

She didn’t cash me out but she gave a supportive look when a very rude customer was trying to cut her way through the line for grooming. Always happy with the pet grooming services here. They know our dogs well and our pups love to be here. They look amazing when they are done. Appreciate the furminate plus services they offer for our huskies and the nice trim they do for our Aussie Shepherd.

I have been bringing my Ozzy to be groomed here for years and there's only one of girl he sees that's our amazing Jenny. Excellent job but more importantly she loves her Job and my baby. I highly recommend her.
