The whole staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean clinic and the doctor was so sweet and answered all my questions. I’m so proud to take my dog here. My dog deserves nothing but the best and this clinic is definitely the best! Thanks You Ark Animal Clinic We love you guys

Everyone there is awesome! I wouldn't go any place else. My kids love it there. Julie has gone above and beyond to help with scheduling. Dr. Ann truly does care and love her patients and they live her back.

My fur baby is always calm when he goes to Ark (he's a terror at home). The staff has always been pleasant, kind and attentive.

Dr. Ann spent so much time with our babies. It’s clear that she cares as much as we do about keeping our cats around for as long as we can. We have had some not so good experiences with other offices and it’s given us some anxiety. Dr. Ann gave us reassurance with her thorough care to my cats and letting us know she was there for us and isn’t going anywhere. Front and back office girls are always wonderful. Silvia is professional and very calming. Big thanks to everyone from the Louders.

Don't use Ark! I had a terrible experience there in which my pet cat died, after I had left him with the doctor saying he needed treatment to stay alive -- after charging me $753 for it. Ark could have told me to take the my ill cat home for his finals days/weeks, but did not. My cat -- who was normal, walking around, looking up at me for reassurance as I petted him prior leaving him for treatment I trusted would help based on the doctor's advice -- died after being alone in a cage for two days with a catheter inside him. I also authorized a trim of his matted hair but they ended up cutting his hair to the skin line, and I had no idea that would happen. The doctor, Dr. Bradley, told me my cat hated the hair cut. So not only did he die alone in a cage with a catheter, he had to endure a rough cut of his fur. Bradley made an optimistic appraisal to me by phone the day before. Then I was called the next day with news that he was terminal. My cat was fine when I left him and died in agony, in my opinion, due to the doctor's desire to convince me the treatment would help, but to me, he just wanted the money, and his staff did a very poor job. I still have the memories of my acting normally, looking up to me and me comforting him that thing would be alright. It was a tragedy and did not have to happen this way.

Dr. Sam is the best!! I was worried about neutering my dog for the longest time and she made sure to make us feel as comfortable as possible!! I was so relieved after speaking with her about the procedure and she made sure to answer all of my concerns beforehand. she did an incredible job and is very kind and patient. thank you, dr Sam and all the nurses who took care of my baby binx!! I appreciate you all!!

They were all very sweet, shortie loves them all , a very welcoming clinic. I don't leave my baby with anyone but the moment they said I needed to leave her I didn't have to think twice. Samantha was her provider and I loved her the moment she walked in super kind, upfront which is rare to find. Very happy with them thank you:)

Was there for 2 hours just to get an exam on my pet RIDICULOUS

The doctor that helped us was by far amazing I wish I could remember his name but he was a taller older gentleman and he was very respectful and very helpful it helped us save are little guy George's life hes still very sick but he is slowly getting better day by day it's only a matter of time before he is 100% better also the veterinarian tec women that came in and asked us all the questions amd stuff before the doctor came in was extremely pleasant I would say everything about that place was amazing not only that but on top of everything they closed at 3PM we got there at 245PM and didnt get out of there till like 403pm they stayed open to help us out and also let us stay and give are little guy his medicine before we left because we live in another city and had another hour and a half drive before we got home I would recommend this to anyone amd will gladly always come back here if need be I wanna thank every single one of them in there they truly are awsome ????

Dr Scott. OMG. What a treasure. Don't really know the other staff that well. He's taken care of mine, and families pets for 12+ years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and treated my coco very well. I had a great experience in the clinic.

When We were looking our Chow there was this kitten in a cage in The Arks lobby. She was talking to us so much that we just had to have her. We had just acquired a male tabby and they would make a good couple. Ann Bradley let us take Penny home and she has grown to a nice plump kitty. We have known the Bradley's for many years and they have always been fair and honest with us. We have taken all our dogs and now cats there since they opened.

45 minute wait. Surprise charge at the end of appointment despite specifically confirming the price prior to the appointment. The staff was rude and unapologetic. This was the worst vet I've ever experienced, actually this is one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. Have only ever written 5 star reviews, but this experience was so sour it needs to be shared. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this.

Great experience! Everyone was very polite, professional, and patient with all of my question! Very comfortable atmosphere for dog and me; techs and doctor very good with my dog!

All the time we come here people are very knowledgeable and always on time, when I leave my dog here he is happy moving his tail and he is a grouchy dog I think is the way they care and talk to the animals here they treat them like their own. Thanks for the good work and your patience.!!
