Tails Pet Resort Las Vegas, Nevada

My dog stayed there during thanksgiving and didn’t have half a hard time as I thought he would, he had never stayed with anyone else before. I loved the daily report cards and having camera access. Also he’s a very shy/nervous corgi who doesn’t like to get wet or have his paws touched/nails trimmed or dremmeled so I’ve actually been turned away from other animal hospitals and vet offices because of that but Tails took on the challenge, helped him feel safe & welcome and helped out his poor paws that were in desperate need of attention. They made me at ease as well and their prices are hard to beat. I definitely will come here for any and all grooming services. Plus, now that I know that Tails will help me and my dog I will be able to take him more often for grooming services to hopefully get him less nervous about it and get him more used to it. Thank you to the front desk as well, very friendly customer service every time I call or come to this place.

Incredible experience! The place was modern and clean. The best part was being able to see my puppy through the cameras to check in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and fun place to leave their dog.

My two German Shepherds were calm for a change when I got home from work. It was their first day at tails pet resort we love this location and how the staff is so professional and nice! You can tell they really love their work, and all the dogs ! This place is so clean we appreciate getting the photos and video access to see our babies have the best day ever playing and having fun! Bella and Nubes Had such a great day they were so tired slept well I got home

Tails always has been and always will be the best doggy daycare and boarding place there is in Las Vegas Nevada! I wouldn’t think about bringing my dog anywhere but here. The staff is fantastic the owner is awesome!

Brought my dog here for the first time to get groomed and he loved it! I will definitely be bringing him back, the staff was great. We had bad experiences in the past with other groomers but they assured me they would take their time and he looks great!

My doggies have stayed at Tails three times. They seem happy there and enjoy their outdoor time. This time I got sick and had to come home sooner than expected. They let me pick them up early without a fee. We love Tails Resort.

So far so good, my dog niece attends her when my sis works and no other family is available to watch her. She seems to always have fun, well take care of for short and long stays. My dog niece is a delicate, small, toy poodle type dog and they do well taking Care of her.

This is the first time my babies (Yorkies) stayed at TAILS. It was great to see picts of them every day and know that they were taken care of. Looking forward to the next time they may stay.

My dog Kuzco is absolutely obsessed with going to doggie daycare! I trust the employees with my dog, and they make accommodations for any needs your dog might have. My dog constantly gets so excited when he sees where he is going, and is the happiest boy when he leaves. I also love that I am able to watch the live cameras to see what my dog is up to. There is always someone with every set of dogs, and they make sure to take pictures and give every dog cuddles individually. The price is amazing, and I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Tails Pet Resort truly is!

The staff here is very sweet and care for the pets. My baby loved it here and came out more social. I definitely feel comfortable leaving out of town knowing my baby is in good hands. The best part, they’ll send you updates of your loved one.

I am boarding my 4 month old pup for the first time and feel so comfortable with this pet resort. We were greeted with smiles and the staff was so informative for all of our concerns. The facility was extremely clean in all areas of the grounds and my pup didn't want to leave. They do require if you want your pet to "Play All Day and Sleep All Night" to be evaluated in order to be out with the other pups during his stay. This shows me they truly care about your fur baby during their stay and also make sure they are with the same size pups while playing. I will definitely use Tails Pet Resort for any doggie day care needs as well! Before you decide on another facility add them to your list. Believe me I visited quite a few and the others not what they appeared or stated they were on their websites! Tails Pet Resort motto: Play all day sleep all night!! Love it!

The Tails team takes real interest in each dog & works hard to create good playgroups so that they all have fun. Safety is a top priority for me & thankfully it is for Tails as well. Highly recommend!

My dog is very happy whenever I bring her to the place. I also got an update of what my pet is doing. After I pick her up, she’s tired and ready to take a nap which is a relief for me since my puppy has a lot of energy to spend and if not, she becomes very destructive to different things. Glad that tails resorts is a go to place for her to play and interact with other dogs. The place is legit and I am very happy for the service they provide. The staff are professional and responsive to my questions and some things that need to be clarified. Thank you for the staff of tails pet resorts. The facility as I can see on their website seems clean and well prepared for all kinds of dogs. Staff are knowledgeable and skillful in handling dogs with different personalities and temperament.

I’m very impressed with Tails! Their facility was spotless, well staffed with caring individuals and as much as I hate to leave my pup, I feel much better knowing he’s at Tails.

We love Tails Per Resort! They leave us with a peace of mind knowing that while we are boarding our Romeo, that he is well taken care of and the daily reports and photos let us know that all is okay. The staff is awesome and it shows when you see your fur baby is happy and healthy during their stay. I have recommended it to many friends and neighbors. Keep up the great job! It is so nice to have a reliable place to leave your fur babies.

My husband and I used Tails Pet Resort for the first time when we were on vacation in Las Vegas. It is pretty scary for us to leave our 7 month old Doberman Pinscher for almost a week of care--but she absolutely loved her time at Tails! She really enjoyed the daytime play group and was super happy to go back after a one day break. The staff is very communicative and sends a daily "report card" with photos of her out playing with the other pups. We highly recommend them for anyone's dog and will be using them again!

The website is laid out absolutely perfect, it tells you exactly how your pet stay will be. Very easy to navigate and find what you're look for!

I would definitely recommend this place to other dog owners. I love that I was able to see my dog at any time I wanted to. Except, of course, when she was in her “suite” :) I was watching her quite often actually, and I was pleased that I never saw any mishandling. Didn’t expect that I would based on my interactions with the staff, and the other great reviews. Some employees were really playful with the doggies. That was awesome to see. The only thing that I wish they would do differently is offer some sort of one on one personal play with a human as an “add on” when the pups are in all day play with the other dogs. You have to choose one or the other, and I didn’t want her not to play with the other dogs, but I really wanted her to be played with by a human too. We were gone for awhile, and I didn’t see her get much attention from the staff, so that was a little hard to watch. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. Overall, I was very happy and plan to return when we have to go out of town again. Thank you!

Everyone at Tails is amazing. I have been taking my two Border Aussies, Sierra and Whiskey, here since they were pups. Every person is friendly, the ladies that work the front desk are the best, and they all love the dogs greatly. Not to mention my dogs LOVE LOVE going here. It’s very clean, and you have access to check on your dogs at anytime. I would give Tails more than 5 stars if I could.

DISCRIMINATORY POLICY!! Pitty owners be aware, this establishment reinforces harmful stereotypes of this beloved breed. My one year old blue nose was not allowed to even attempt the socializing test due to her breed despite having completed certified dog training courses prior and meeting all the requirements listed on their site. My wife and I are both teachers and are desperate need of day care for our pup especially as the school year becomes more chaotic. I was really excited to give this place a try since it’s so close to our home but I am completely disgusted and disheartened that a place that is supposed to care for dogs is run by people that believe in outdated and harmful stereotypes

My husband and I love this place!! We’ve been taking our Rottie there for two years now. He gets to play and socialize all day…and sleeps all night. Lol!! Staff is very friendly, professional. We’ve never had any issues. The best part you can check in on your fur baby by live video feed. Plus they send a daily report card. We learned our baby is possessed by toys. So they know to watch him when toys are brought out. So they watch, and document each fur baby’s personality. Which really helps and you know they are paying attention at all times, but remember they are dogs at the end of the day and some things they’re just going to do due to natural instincts. But I definitely highly recommend them.

There is no other pet resort we will bring our dog to. Great prices, the staff is super friendly and really cares. They send pictures nightly along with a report card for your pet! Facility is very clean. Hands down the best place in Vegas for your pet

Called because I was interested in boarding my two dogs here. Put me on hold for the longest time. Hung up and called back three times no one answered. Seems like they do not care at all. If this is the how they act over the phone then I wonder how little they care taking care of the animals.
