Shaggy Shaggy Shake Las Vegas, Nevada

I have to say, I’m beyond happy with the work they did on my Aussiedoodle. I have been to 3 other high rated shops in vegas and none of them made me feel it was worth it to go back, I was honestly very discouraged going into my appointment with Shaggy Shaggy Shake because of my other experiences but I came out with a happy pup and happy owner! Definitely will be back! Once I got there I was greeted and felt like they actually cared (which is a huge deal when you’re giving them your best friend). I also really liked that instead of kenneling all the dogs, they let them all hang out with each other.

We had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 and at 5:00 they had not started. We complained to the clerk and have no been kicked out of their store for life. I would definitely not recommend these individuals to anyone and suggest going elsewhere.

I seriously am blown away highly recommended. I'm pretty selective when it comes to my puppy Luna and I was a bit apprehensive when I read a few reviews but I honestly think the people complaining are just looking to belittle small business owners. I called this morning and they got my 7 month old Belgian Tervuren and German Shepherd mix in the door at the exact time they said they would and it took exactly as long s they said. When I arrive there was a warm welcome along with an introduction to Luna we discussed what she needed and how she's an emotional dog. We went over what I wanted done and when I got there to pick her up she was as excites as she always is she acted like she was on a play date she was groomed, bathed, deshedded, brushed, nails, ears, teeth, the full treatment. She smells amazing and she's not shedding like crazy. The pricing was also nice to see a full service on a 45lb Tervard was only $45 and she hung out for 3 hours. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here just be mindful they're busy it take time to accomplish what your requesting and personally I'd rather it take time and my Luna be happy than rushed in and out. We'll be back next time for sure.

Very happy with the service and would take all my dogs there

We took our Shihtzu for grooming, which I thought would include a good bath, with the clipping. We gave instructions as to what style we wanted, but that wasn't followed. The clipping was awful, uneven, like it was done in a hurry to get it out of the way. And he did not smell like he had been bathed. I read most of the reviews which say how great these groomers are and some who were not pleased with the service. If the service is inconsistent like in my experience I do not recommend this place. I will not return.

We've been using Shaggy Shaggy Shake for over 3 years and keep going back because of the outstanding work they do. Robbin always grom our Maltese and she is personable, very friendly and is highly professional.

My two Bichon Frisées were groomed yesterday. My husband dropped them off. It’s the 2nd time they have been to this groomer. Their first visit was fine. Our girls came home, acted normally, and looked beautiful. All white and fluffy and their haircuts were perfect. Yesterday was different. When they came home they were acting nervous. They weren’t all white and fluffy. The haircuts were awful. Whoever the groomer was had no idea what he/she was doing. She just chopped all their hair off and they don’t even look like my dogs. I think they felt it too as they acted so strange throughout the day. I’m very upset ????????

They were great!!! My baby is very spoiled and I thought he would have a hard time. Robin let me walk him to the back, he seen the other dogs and took off to play. When we picked him up he looked so cute. Robin said he did great and he will most definitely be going back.

I would not reccomend this grooming company. Customer service is very bad. I had very negative experience. I made early appointment at 9am. I was told he would be ready in approximately 3 hours. After 3 and a half hours I called them and was told they need 2 additional hours. I could not wait for 2 more hours. So I stopped by and cancel grooming. When I picked my Yorky he was already very very nervous and stressed. So did I.

Horrible customer service. I brought my dog for 9am appointment. My dog was finished 5 hours later. What they do is they get the whole bunch of dogs in the morning and keep different sizes dogs all together. When I picked my Yorke up he was stressed out and nervous. Wouldn't recommend because for them business is first and dogs are secondary.

First of all, my dog ???? loves it here because he gets to walk around and play w pups. He is never fully comfortable at any groomers, but he is the happiest here because he can walk around and play. The person up front is always especially attentive and is very detailed. Whenever I call to check in, he will immediately communicate w the groomer in the back. Monster is a Bichon and he just turned 3 two days ago. I am grateful for their attentiveness and are always open to any concerns I have because they truly care about the pups and understand their families who love them; they make things right. Whenever choosing any kind of service, we make it a point to choose a good small business :)

They Always do a great job can squeeze you in anytime you need it.. My Mini has been going to them for over 4 years and although she hates getting her hair done they take great care of her and I would never change

These folks are incredible. They’re kind, patient, knowledgeable; and so helpful. From assisting me with my senior dogs upon arrival; to holding my kid as I load pups back into my car when leaving. Not to mention the fabulous grooming skills of their staff. I HIGHLY recommend Shaggy Shaggy Shake.

From the moment we called to make an appointment we knew this place would be good. The manager is very involved and the reception worker was very nice. When we went to pick our dogs the manager came out to make sure we were satisfied with the results and stayed to talk with us for a few minutes. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My daughter took our kittens there to get there nails cut. She said the loves it there and the girls where great. The kittens did great there to.

It was the first time bringing in my dog for grooming. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did a great job!

Lovely staff always. Taking my fur babies here for over 3 years. Originally needed doggy day care, and could not be more satisfied with their care. 99% of the time they are able to accommodate my 3 pups same day I call. They are without kennel/crating which I absolutely appreciate. Gives the doggies time to socialize with others. Really love the groomers and always feel that they truly care for my pups! Highly recommended.
